No, I expect that this will be an like an update, and all of the so called accusers and witnesses will be asked to make statements and be interviewed. The good side of this is that if they lie to the investigators, they put themselves in legal jeopardy. So I expect the accusers will lawyer up and obstruct. Given the time limit, the report from the FBI will be favorable to BK as the accusers will not cooperate and everyone else is pretty much on record as speaking highly of BK and refuting the false allegations.
