Make sure FBI investigates the remodeling of the house permit was issued in 2008 and not in 2012.
If she refuses interview requests, the FBI just includes the fact she refused to cooperate in the final report and moves on. I see this as a plus, because if she doesn't talk she can't add more names to investigate and that speeds things up.
