I don’t believe that Ford can insist on her attorneys being present. She is a witness and not a defendant. She has no right to an attorney during questioning by the FBI.
I’m willing to bet she refuses to be interviewed.

There are TRUE questions and leads that could be followed that would get to the truth but I suspect they're not the questions and leads that will be followed.
And the witnesses who said they were not there & the girlfriend who said she never met Kavanaugh,, Comey they were liars also.
How can Ford deal with her social media and therapy notes? Refuse to cooperate with the FBI? Ok.

Phil Valentine, Nashville radio talk show host, asked a great question. If Feinstein had the letter since July, would have kept it confidential and only brought it to the committee after it was leaked to Washington Post.. WHAT was she planning on doing with it and when?
Was she going to keep it confidential, and bring it to the committee at the last minute?
She has no intention of doing this in confidence, otherwise she could have brought it to the committee in July

One subtext of all.of this I find disturbing, is that the Democrats have decided to go back to his high school years to investigate things.
Decades of exemplary behavior and government service, are to he cancelled out, by one allegation by one disturbed woman, an allegation which can never ever be proven in the first place.
