This hasn’t been mentioned, but I think this is wonderful news. Brent Kavanaugh stated from the beginning that he would have liked the FBI involved. How much you want to bet the accusers stories dramatically change once they have to give sworn statements to the FBI. Getting caught lying to the Feds is serious jail time. Ask Martha Stewart, George Papadopoulos, Robert Deluca, and so many more. I think Trump has plenty of faith in Brent Kavanaugh. But what do I know.

The GOP and Trump were outplayed by dems & Flake. The dems & the media spent all day demanding an FBI investigation. “Why is Kavanaugh afraid of the FBI talking to Mike Judge, or others ?” The GOP told them they had sworn testimony, their own investigator had checked everyone out... It seemed to be enough to satisfy Flake.

So Flake make the big announcement last night, “I didn’t see enough proof to support what Dr. Ford said, so I will vote Yes tomorrow morning.” All along he knows he’s going to play the FBI investigation card. That’s why the demms talked about it non-stop yesterday & all the dems ass-wipes talked about it on the MSM last night. Even Dershowitz was on board for the “We need a FBI investigation”

So the GOP are sure they will get it to the floor and have enough votes to confirm on Tuesday. Suddenly Flake says I can’t vote for him without a FBI investigation. So they are in a no win situation. Other senators will clearly not vote Yes without an investigation..

FBI investigation is a red herring. This is all about 1 more week to slander Kavanaugh. The poor guy is either going to be forced to step down or there will not be enough votes and his nomination never comes to the floor
