Just saw a fascinating theory on the_Donald’s reddit site. That Flake was used to get the Demo back for a quorum, needed a minimum of 2 ‘Rats apparently. And something about a 2 hour rule. Sounds like someone over there thinks Flake stuck it to the ‘Rats?!

I’ve been saying for almost two that dragging this thing out into mid-October and beyond actually works in the GOP’s favor. What about the Supreme Court's new session starting this coming Monday (10/1)? Will Kennedy remain until his replacement is confirmed or will the court be short handed?
