Grassley announced she would be asking Ford questions on behalf of the R's. The R's should have been prepared to treat Ford as a hostile witness in order to determine her credibility, not just hear her story.
Did I miss the part about an agreement for her to ask K questions on behalf of the D's?

I don’t think Kav had a say in it, since it’s a committee decision but I would expect them to tell her to do a very thorough job of quizzing him on anything the Dems would bring up. So it’s a matter of Kav saying, in effect, “asked and answered” if they bring it up.
