Judge Brett Kavanaugh & Professor Christine Blasey Ford Testify
The Senate Judiciary Committee hears testimony from Supreme Court nominee Judge Brett Kavanaugh and Professor Christine Blasey Ford about her allegations that Judge Kavanaugh sexually assaulted her while the two were teenagers.
And that ain't saying much. My cat, who's yet to learn her name, could have lobbed more relevant questions.

Maybe he shouldn’t. As the ancient lib SCOTUS critters die off, the current younger ones — Gorsuch, Roberts, etc., will be the majority by attrition. I heard there is no specified number for SCOTUS members. (True?)
The men on Fox are so condescending.. Like women can’t see through this and will be completely moved by her testimony. They will be the harshest critics.
He asked 2 questions and it was painful and made the poor dr Ford cry.
2 onocuous questions made her cry. GIVE ME A F ***** BREAK.
At the end Mitchell did a good job blowing away Ford’s claim of being so emotionally ruined. Getting Ford to acknowledge that she had further social contact with the judge the remainder of her sophomore year of school at 5 or six additional parties she attended with Kavanaugh attending the parties. Plus getting her to state there was no negative interaction between her and the judge at these parties after the party where she felt she was raped and almost about to be killed.
Hold on. I assume GOP staff met with Dr. Ford before this hearing and calculated she would come across like a sympathetic, valley girl with a PhD, selective memory, and a feminist chip on her shoulder. Grilling her would be the wrong tactic. Just get the facts.
I expect the Dems will overplay their hand and jack hammer Judge K, who is a sympathetic, principled, honest jurist with the facts on his side.

Kavanugh isn’t waving and smiling at everyone in attendance like the precocious little 3 year old did earlier.

Would be so cool if Kavanaugh is asked if he took a polygraph and he has proper proof he aced it!

His wife...I feel so bad for her having to sit thru all of this. She looks so pained today. And rightfully so.

I was wondering the same thing. How would she know when the started drinking and where it took place.
If Ford had a meltdown it would have turned into a s***show. I only listened to Mitchell questioning Ford. I thought Mitchell was darn good. If her pension is vested in AZ, she should be able to double dip at DOJ..
