The Senate Judiciary Committee hears testimony from Supreme Court nominee Judge Brett Kavanaugh and Professor Christine Blasey Ford about her allegations that Judge Kavanaugh sexually assaulted her while the two were teenagers.
Agreed, as she said herself, she is predisposed to being a looney kook.
She talks just like my extended family lawyer who has been an alcoholic for 20 years.
Its always someone else fault.
Finally she was disbarred and lost everything and she was too crazy to see it was going to happen.

Kavanaugh needs to draw a comparison between his elite school and his situation with the Duke Lacross lynch mob.

Here is the discrepancy(might have already been mentioned) that really struck me. Regarding the incident when firs. asked what she remembers most about the event was her mouth being covered up and though she might die. She was later asked what she remembered the most and she said, the boys laughing while on top of her, good friends laughing at her expense. She was even asked later and she said the stairway, them going down the stairs laughing. SO much for the hand over her face.

Well I would hope the time will come where the prosecutor will go on the offensive. Otherwise she will be a total waist of time. But before she could do that then she has to have Ford answer relevant questions. She has to gather ammo. And it is in the prosecutors best interest to not put Ford on the defensive at this time. Otherwise if might be more difficult to get Ford to answer questions.
But then this is not a prolonged trail, I wonder if there will even be time for the prosecutor to do her job. This kind of setting is not ideal. At what point in this setting does the prosecutor have an opportunity to do a final rebuttal using all of the evidence? I do not know. But it better happen.
Long ago, for these circumstances, white guys lost their right to the persumtion of innocence. The only thing that saved Justice Thomas was that he was black.
It's no surprise what we are seeing.

I totally disagree. Once Kavanaugh is confirmed he is a justice, pure and simple. All this disgusting mess falls into the memory hole. I’m sure Feinstein will not want to be remembered for her shoddy behavior.
If the Republicans die not confirm Kavanaugh, then they truly have not realized what they are up again.
