The Senate Judiciary Committee hears testimony from Supreme Court nominee Judge Brett Kavanaugh and Professor Christine Blasey Ford about her allegations that Judge Kavanaugh sexually assaulted her while the two were teenagers.

I just don't think it accomplishes anything.
To be honest, I don't think any of this makes a difference.
Flake and the Bobsey twins probably have their own ridiculous rationale for voting however they intend to vote on this nomination, whether or not they use this unfolding freak show as a pretext.

I think what you will eventually see from this attorney is a question containing a laundry list of memory issues and failures of proof in which Ford will have to admit are true. I would then follow up with questions about how unreasonable it would be to ruin somebody’s career based upon all those memory issues and failures of proof.
If this is the nature of all these claimants, no wonder Gloria Allred is completely absent.
