Judge Brett Kavanaugh & Professor Christine Blasey Ford Testify
The Senate Judiciary Committee hears testimony from Supreme Court nominee Judge Brett Kavanaugh and Professor Christine Blasey Ford about her allegations that Judge Kavanaugh sexually assaulted her while the two were teenagers.
The prosecutor needs to stop smiling and being buddies with her. The optics would be much better if she wasn’t portraying this as a friendly girl chat.
She sounds like SNL’s NPR Delicious Dish Girls (Schweddy Balls).
Me too, and the questioning about the extensive air travel was brilliant........
Ford: I don’t think I could ever fly to Australia.
Q: Did you travel to French Polynesia?
Ford: Yes...
She clearly lied to the committee when she stated she had a fear of flying.
Tie that with Grassley showing some stones to expose the fact that she wouldn’t come to give her side but Brett did.
The fear of flying has been exposed as a legal ruse....
Relax folks...
This circus is hurting the Democrats, they just don’t realize it.
Kavanaugh will almost certainly get confirmed, and the Dems will just tout that the GOP are anti women...
Only problem is... I haven’t met a single woman to date who wasn’t a rabid left wing nutter, that is buying any of this crap... Not one.
Even a lot of registered democratic women I know find this whole thing insulting and believe that this fiasco HURTS real victims of sexual assault...
That little CNN interview with 5 women who none of them bought into the left wing line on this was NOT an aberration.. That’s where women are on this... This spectacle isn’t going to shift that...
Dems have completely overplayed their hands... but that won’t stop them gaslighting from trying to convince people otherwise...
Vote him out of committee and to the full floor, and if the GOP caves to the gaslighting they are done....
Personally I don’t see anyone caving on this, and expect him to be confirmed by all Republicans and a few red state democrats going along trying to save their seats....
The Dems think this is going to help them in November, they are SORELY mistaken.
The only way this helps the dems, would be if the GOP cave... Middle America is PISSED about this...

The Dems would rather have Mark Judge in front of the committee to smear than have to deal with Judge Kavanaugh.

The problem here is that the whole thing is one big appear to emotion. You can’t win the fight via technicality.

She can't say the date, but she knows she was 15.
She can recall the neighborhood, but not the exact house.
She can recall only the names of the people who did NOT live at the house.
She was driven home, but can't say who drove her.
Any single one of those missing pieces of data could be a lead to all the rest of it. She ran the table on leaving out key threads of information.

She still claims to not want to fly - but she flew everywhere = to Hawaii and several other places overseas.....
I couldn’t believe Napolitano said she was a “credible witness.” He’s been off the bench for far too long. Why they still have him as a contributor is beyond me. I’m watching Fox Business News, but this is the first time I’ve watched any TV news programs since President Trump’s Inauguration.
The media will ignore it.
