Julie Swetnick, the third woman to accuse Brett Kavanaugh of sexual misconduct, was accused of domestic violence by a former boyfriend in 2001, according to Florida court records.
Swetnick’s former boyfriend, Richard Vinneccy, told Politico they dated for four years before breaking up, at which point Swetnick threatened violence against him and his family. The restraining order, filed in Miami-Dade, Fla. on March 1, 2001, was dismissed thirteen days later.
“Right after I broke up with her, she was threatening my family, threatening my wife and threatening to do harm to my baby at that time,” Vinneccy said. “I know a lot about her.”
“She’s not credible at all,” he said, referencing Swetnick’s Wednesday allegation that Kavanaugh was“present” when she was gang raped in high school. “Not at all.”
Swetnick’s attorney, Michael Avenatti, said he had not heard of the domestic violence allegations.

As I have posted before, the RATs are playing the “slut card” at the very last minute, not because the allegations are true, but because they want to delay the confirmation vote until after the election and in to January in the unlikely event they retake the Senate. If they had dragged these lying sluts out in July, BK would have been cleared in August, and on the bench for the start of the SCOTUS term next week.
I wonder if this is the same guy who posted on her mylife page in 2015?

So, Mr. Avenetti, you have a client that hides things from you. That might save you, because it means you can say you didn’t suborn her perjury, she lied of her own accord.
This is incidental to me, since I think Swetnick’s allegation is total B.S., anyhow. She and Creepy Porn Lawyer probably just wanted to get into the mess and throw some spaghetti against the wall to see what would stick. Totally un-credible.
Actually, that would be bath salts, but carry on.
