Julie Swetnick, the third woman to accuse Brett Kavanaugh of sexual misconduct, was accused of domestic violence by a former boyfriend in 2001, according to Florida court records.
Swetnick’s former boyfriend, Richard Vinneccy, told Politico they dated for four years before breaking up, at which point Swetnick threatened violence against him and his family. The restraining order, filed in Miami-Dade, Fla. on March 1, 2001, was dismissed thirteen days later.
“Right after I broke up with her, she was threatening my family, threatening my wife and threatening to do harm to my baby at that time,” Vinneccy said. “I know a lot about her.”
“She’s not credible at all,” he said, referencing Swetnick’s Wednesday allegation that Kavanaugh was“present” when she was gang raped in high school. “Not at all.”
Swetnick’s attorney, Michael Avenatti, said he had not heard of the domestic violence allegations.

The lefts push on this is that we must believe all women victims no matter how batsh#t crazy they might be and no matter how immoral they may be. Their thinking is that the morality of the victim can never be questioned along with their honesty. So they will keep piling them on no matter how ludicrous the accusation, no matter how obvious the lie.
This must be testing the resolve of even the looniest lefty to keep believing. Good luck with it as I think the more the media double down, the more the accusers and their porn lawyer double down then the more people will #walkaway!
Great article thank you! Earlier many of us were worried, as the creepy Avenatti presented her as this pillar of the community. She’s been pretty thoroughly taken apart on Twitter and some blogs, and especially that guy who called into the radio show. That’s a relief, because had she been some normal person with a husband and kids standing by her, stellar job history, etc - well you know what I mean. Seems she’s a nutter.
