This one's not looking too good. Sworn affidavit will be hard for Grassley/McConnel to ignore, not to mention Collins, Murkowski, Flake and others.

It’s not a sworn affidavit. It’s a “declaration,” which probably has the same legal standing but is done in such a half-assed manner that nobody could even be bothered to have it notarized.
It’s not an affidavit. It’s a declaration.
A sworn affidavit that is not notarized is not legit.
The claims will be hard to take seriously. Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence. And if these claims are true they make the six FBI background checks out to be a scam.
i.e. they are made up out of whole cloth.
This woman knows that just as the claims can’t be proven, they can’t be disproved either.
What’s the benefit from not involving a notary?
