Is that true? LOL.

Here's something to remember, folks:

The Deputy AG post was never established by Congress. It was created by the Executive Branch itself through an internal DOJ memorandum in 1950.

The position doesn't even have to be filled.

The President can issue an executive order tomorrow that eliminates the position, or even changes its responsibilities so it only oversees the janitorial staff at DOJ headquarters.

Wow. That is some interesting info! Wonder if Trump made it clear he was willing to take advantage of the leverage that gives him.

Don’t fire Rosensein, totally reorganize and the DOJ. Eliminate the co conspirators too.

And then Congress should do the same treatment on the Federal Court system. As per the 9th Circus.
