Ronan Farrow and Jane Mayer have released a report in the New Yorker from a second woman accusing Brett Kavanaugh of sexual misconduct — and this time it includes a dildo.
The 53-year-old accuser Deborah Ramirez told the New Yorker that she was initially hesitant to speak out because she was drunk at the time and her memory had gaps. She spent six days “carefully assessing her memories” and consulting with her attorney before going public.
Ramirez said that, when both she and Kavanaugh were freshmen at Yale, she was invited by a friend on the women’s soccer team to a dorm-room party. She recalled that the party took place in a suite at Lawrance Hall, in the part of Yale known as the Old Campus, and that a small group of students decided to play a drinking game together. “We were sitting in a circle,” she said. “People would pick who drank.” Ramirez was chosen repeatedly, she said, and quickly became inebriated. At one point, she said, a male student pointed a gag plastic penis in her direction. Later, she said, she was on the floor, foggy and slurring her words as that male student and another stood nearby. (Ramirez identified the two male onlookers, but, at her request, The New Yorker is not naming them.)
A third male student then exposed himself to her. “I remember a penis being in front of my face,” she said. “I knew that’s not what I wanted, even in that state of mind.” She recalled remarking, “That’s not a real penis,” and the other students laughing at her confusion and taunting her, one encouraging her to “kiss it.”

She admits her memory is foggy and she was drunk ... so the story is irrelevant.

I agree with what you’re saying in principle, but there comes a time when the enemy’s offensive power is too strong and it comes time to retreat. There aren’t enough fighters that have his back in the Senate.

I guess you missed this part:
"Two of the male classmates who Ramirez alleged were involved the incident, the wife of a third male student she said was involved, and three other classmates all signed a statement to the New Yorker denying the incident took place."
Although the whole story sounds like fiction, if Ms. Ramirez actually reached out and touched some man's penis she is the one who committed a sexual assault. It is similar to the situation at a strip club. The dancer may be nude, and they may be close to the customer, but the customer certainly can't reach out and touch the dancer's genitals.
In Ms. Ramirez's case, she believes the leftist canard that only men can be perpetrators of sexual assault. But she is wrong, and if her memory is correct she isn't the victim, she's the perpetrator.

From what the New Yorker article said, if any assault occurred, Ms. Ramirez was the perpetrator, not the victim. If someone exposes themselves in your view it does not give you the right to touch their genitals. What Ms. Ramirez did was no different than someone who reaches out and touches a dancer at a strip club.
From what Ms. Ramirez allegedly remembers, at a wild party somebody decided to expose themselves, much as a stripper would if they were performing at a party. She should have left, or even pushed them away without groping them. But, assuming her memory is correct, she chose to touch their genitals. Unless the other person consented, that's a sexual assault by Ms. Ramirez.
Maybe Judge Kavanaughs aytorney should slap that lady with something. This whole this is jut blowing my mind and frankly pisses me off.
We had to endure 8 grueling years of Obama now we have President Trump and all the left does is tear him down and tear everything down. I hate them all.

We’re in bad trouble. If/when these evil bastards gain enough power, they will target all conservatives. That would include military pensions, Social Security, etc. We can put absolutely nothing past them.

So at the time when the supposed event occurred it was a joke. But now it wasn't. I guess in Ramirez land reality shifts over time. No doubt reality really shifts when a conservative is about to be appointed to the Supreme Court.
