Right. Neil Gorsuch was confirmed in April 2017 -- which meant he couldn't be seated on the court until its next term.

Well, no ... Gorsuch was actually on the Supreme Court hearing oral arguments ABOUT TEN DAYS AFTER HE WAS CONFIRMED.

Does Fox News even have a sixth grader of average intelligence who can fact-check the slop their hosts put out on the air?
