Ruh-roh: sounds like the Dems have a hesitant, ill-prepared accuser on their hands in the person of Christine Ford.
On this evening's Hardball, Politico reporter Annie Karni said:
"She is not used to the public spotlight. She is not used to Washington politics. She is from what I understand not yet at all ready for this kind of grilling that she's going to be walking into. Which is part of the delay, which is part of the back and forth whether she wants to do it or not."

The Democrat-Republican party of Jefferson tried in many ways to destroy Hamilton who was the greatest political philosopher of the last millennium.
Hamilton was responsible for getting the US off on the best foot through his Financial System, opposed every step of the way by Jefferson’s Democrats. They tried to kill him with overwork and never thought he would accomplish what they demanded.

For this type of episode, you need a team to assemble the 300-likely questions, then you work to develop the answers to project out, and then you bring the ‘talker’ in to train. For a project like this? I would take a guess that you need at least two weeks. Maybe if they’d started in early August, this would have worked. But I don’t think they were prepared or else they figured that Kavanaugh would fold already.
Maybe they have been working with her and she has trouble with their scenario/script, and the ‘truth’? If you were a lifetime alcoholic, this would be a demanding session to sit through.

Juanita Broaddrick, who accused Bill Clinton of raping her in 1978 while he was running for governor of Arkansas, says she will testify before the U.S. Senate if Brett Kavanaugh’s accuser will not.
“Just a thought……If Christine Ford declines to be interviewed Monday…. I’m available to answer questions about my Rape by Bill Clinton,” Broaddrick tweeted this week in the midst of the sexual misconduct allegations which have plagued the nomination of Judge Kavanaugh.
She also needs a makeover so she’ll look more like that teenage pic (poor young innocent) that seems to be all the media can find. Doubt she’ll show up haggard, with frazzled hair and a pussy hat, as she’s recently appeared in public.
