There was one post where I did mention that this charge against Kavanaugh is attempted rape (and I did put (according to the media)) - was that it? I can’t learn from my error unless I know what it was, please.

Actually, there should be NO DEFENSE of Capo Katz because she’s doing this as part of her role as a RAT operative and not as an attorney. All of this business is a multi-pronged attack to see if anything that they throw up on the wall sticks.

Weird huh? But, there were never any “charges” to begin with. Unless she was dragged across state lines, it’s local anyway.
The media uses the word “charge” and they also say “attempted rape” by which definition every high school boy on any date in the 1980s committed attempted rape.
It really diminishes true rape victims.
Has she demanded that he register as a sex offender yet?
It was strange that her lawyers wanted to “ensure her safety” but then demanded that only committee members - all nasty white men on the Republican side - could question her - you’d think that given how traumatized she was by a white man, that demand would only put her in jeopardy - unless you figured their demands were poison pills to guarantee she’d never have to testify in front of the committee....

At least the outrageous demand that Kavanaugh has to testify first, and then is not allowed to answer Ford’s accusations, has been refused. Democrats are vile, amoral, monsters, without scruples. It’s now known that this whole thing has be planned since at LEAST July, by democrats, including Clinton democrat operatives. But since they have no shame, they gleefully ignore that knowledge.
