Teen girls pen open letter supporting Kavanaugh accuser: We imagine you ...
The Hill ^ | 09/20/18 | Aris Folley

Three 15-year-old girls in Idaho have penned an open letter supporting Christine Blasey Ford, the woman who has accused Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh of sexually assaulting her when the two were teenagers.

The letter, created Wednesday by teenagers who identify themselves as Layla, Charlotte and Jessica, is being driven by Change.org, a website that allows people to start and sign petitions that “call for social change.”

The petition, which has a goal of 1,000 signatures, had reached 723 signatures by Thursday afternoon.

In their letter, the three teens commend Ford for going public this week with her allegations. Ford has accused Kavanaugh of sexually assaulting her at a party when the two were in high school in the 1980s. Ford originally made the accusations anonymously, but identified herself Sunday in The Washington Post after her accusation was brought to light.

“We are fifteen-year-old girls. Fifteen,” the teenagers wrote. “The same age you were when seventeen-year-old Brett Kavanaugh assaulted you, when he put his hand over your mouth so no one could hear you scream."

“We imagine you at that party, so young and vivacious, with your whole life ahead of you, and we see ourselves,” the letter continues. “Our hearts break for the fifteen-year-old girl who walked in, and how different that girl was who walked out. We feel connected to the 15-year-old girl still living inside of you, and are outraged by the seventeen-year-old boy still living inside of him.”

The teenagers wrote that Ford’s decision to speak out was “powerful” and said they couldn’t trust Kavanaugh “to make decisions that will impact girls.”

“We realize the effects of what happened are impacting him as it has impacted you, only he has not been living with the consequences. He denies it ever happened.”

“We know the possibility of Kavanaugh being in a powerful position has made it necessary to speak up, yet we haven’t heard if you will testify on Monday,” the girls wrote. “We know how scary that must feel—and we know you are probably tired of people feeling things for you. We hope you will take this chance to make your voice heard, to speak on your own terms, in your own way.”

“Now is a courageous time and a brave time, too, to finally let your voice be heard. Telling your truth will get us one step closer to the world we want to live into; one where seventeen-year-old boys are taught that it is not ok to exploit girls and that fifteen-year-old girls know their bodies are their own,” the letter continued.

“You are strong and the fifteen-year-old girl in you is strong. We are with you and so is everyone who signs this letter,” the teens added.

GOP lawmakers have pushed this week for Ford to appear before a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing on Monday to review her allegations. But Ford, through her lawyer, has said she will not testify until the FBI investigates her allegations of sexual assault against Kavanaugh.

The FBI has not opened a criminal investigation, saying the allegation does not involve a federal crime. The White House has not directed the FBI to reopen Kavanaugh’s background investigation, despite calls from Democrats.

Kavanaugh has denied Ford's allegations.

President Trump has also defended Kavanaugh following Ford's allegations, saying on Tuesday that there are “few people that I’ve ever seen, that I’ve ever known … have been so outstanding as Judge Kavanaugh.”

The president also said he doesn’t think the FBI should be involved in the case “because they don’t want to be involved.”

Democratic lawmakers have slammed Republican colleagues in the wake of the allegations against Kavanaugh. Democratic Sen. Mazie Hirono (Hawaii) on Wednesday slammed the party over its handling of the case.

In an interview with ABC News, Hirono said Republicans' claims that they have done everything they can to reach out to Ford "bullshit."

Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand (D-N.Y.) also said this week that Ford should not be "bullied" into testifying Monday without an FBI investigation.

Part of what’s going on is who gets the microphone. These girls put something onto social media. So do millions of others. Their scribbling is being amplified by in this case The Hill.

Wonder how many pro-Kavanaugh scribblings there are on social media.

The satanic left, through public schools and big media, has so poisoned our culture it will take generations to normalize it, if it’s even possible.

It will require mass death, as all large paradigm shifts do.

And, of course, 15-year-old-girls have the intellect, experience and knowledge to expound on such profound topics as attempted rape!

GEEZ!

OK, got it!

And as others have pointed out, how many of them have read 'To Kill a Mockingbird' or 'The Crucible'?

They're both about innocent people being railroaded by unsubstantiated accusations.

When I was in school, the essay question included, 'What is the theme of this book?'

They're either not being taught the lesson or they're not learning the lesson.

“We imagine you at that party, so young and vivacious, with your whole life ahead of you, and we see ourselves,”

So, you see yourselves. Do your parents know you attend all male upperclassmen beer parties with no other girls or adults to supervise wearing nothing but a swim suit. Do your parents also know you get so smashed, you don’t remember how you got there, how you left, where it was or when it was? Well, honey child, there’s a word for girls like you.

Wanna be they’ve been old enough for jury duty for a couple of decades or more.

“There are credible anonymous online allegations that all three of these fifteen-year-old girls repeatedly raped toddlers that they were babysitting...”

That accusation needs to go viral so the little tarts can see how it feels.

If they don’t make her testify in front of tv cameras like Anita did then they’re racist. Back the dems into a corner with this. Why exempt Ford? Because she’s white, huh?

Can we get a letter from 15yo girls saying “My dad (or mom) taught me to shoot at age 6. I carry on dates even though you don’t notice. If you start groping when I don’t want I’ll reach it before you reach it or anything else.”

Those girls exist, and that’s empowerment. It’s the opposite empowerment of a “#MeToo post” 36 years later. Those girls have a confidence that will prevent most groping attempts and stop the rest (with or without a weapon).

I’m not advocating that 15yo girls start carrying. But with the right parenting from age 6 they will be in control either way and “#MeToo” after the fact won’t be one of the tools they depend on. Stop telling girls they need society’s after-the-fact support and start telling them they truly have power.

Anyone else see the article about the man who was just exonerated after 17 months in prison for sexual abuse due to allegations by his daughter, and the prosecuting attorney finally admitted that the witness had MANY problems in her testimony. The final proof was her testimony that her father used threats of killing her pets to keep her from reporting him, and testified that he killed the dog in front of her. He repeatedly claimed the dog had been given away. Only after the long time vet of the dog helped find the owner and the dog, alive and well, that they realized that the girl had lied. She's now on the run, and the DA has announced that he was probably innocent all the time.

But of course, women never lie.

BTW, why doesn't the guy that Rolling Stone accused of rape own that POS magainze? The only way to begin trusting allegations like this is to punish false allegations severely, rather than doing as the Obama "just us" department did, treating them as "learning moments." Yeah, it was where some evil women learned they could get away with anything, for any reason.

This is just an extension of the Muller criminal sham. It’s based on East German “Justice.” “Show me the man, and I’ll show you the crime.”

The complete abandonment of the rule of law, the constitution, and any semblance intelligence by adults.

Shameless exploitation of young girls.

I'd guess it's the shameless exploitation of the names of young girls . . . but the letter was written by an aging feminist witch who murdered her own children before they were even born.

Democrat madrassas probably teach them that ‘To Kill a Mockingbird’ shows that people power is more important than evidence and that if you all stick together you can achieve your objective of using the legal system to punish people you don’t like.
