PRECISELY why Sessions should have remained in that Senate seat. Never, EVER pluck a sitting GOP Senator for a Cabinet job.

Moore never should have been the candidate. Too polarizing. As I recall, President Trump did not want him.

While you’re at it thank the GOP and all the so-called “conservatives” who went along with the “Me-Too” lynching of Roy Moore.

If we had had the balls to put a stop to this crap then maybe the Left wouldn’t have been as quick to pull it on Kavanaugh.

“Thanks people of Alabama; I hope you are satisfied sitting on your moral high-horse.”

And thanks to the shrieking and hysterical rantings of Sean Hannity.

I noticed Limbaugh would mention the case and then move on. Hannity seized it and salivated over it for days, neglecting everything else.

He would read the sordid accusations of the false accusers with relish.

At that time he was having trouble with people plotting boycotts of his show. He decided he would use the Moore case as a way to deflect the boycott threat. It must have worked.

Bottomline on Kavanaugh is that is 100% certain that he cannot be prosecuted for anything related to this alleged incident. No federal crime at all. If someone really want to be a jerk, some type of state-level crime might have been conceivable, but the statute of limitations now makes that impossible. Again: 100% certain that he cannot be prosecuted.

Why on earth should law enforcement investigate?

Well Jones should be thrilled! The FBI probe is COMPLETE! They received the letter, reviewed it, said it didn’t warrant an investigation and filed it away with Kavanaugh’s background information.

People who get elected should have, at least, a rudimentary knowledge of how government works, shouldn’t they?

FBI has no jurisdiction to investigate. Just another ploy to delay, delay, delay from the Dems.

This is what I mean by the media’s mainstreaming of insanity. Christine Ford dropped a 36-year-old, evidence-free allegation of sexual assault against Judge Kavanaugh. The corrupt media then drove American citizens into separate silos of believers vs. non-believers, based on no discoverable evidence whatsoever. Their next step will be to poll the public silos, as if to confirm the validity of her criminal complaint. This is how the media distorts, divides and manipulates popular opinion and thought for political gain.

By applying the same nonexistent evidentiary standard, Dr. Ford could have just as easily claimed that, by way of hypnotic regression, she was sexually molested by a middle-aged extraterrestrial Reptilian from Kepler-22b, and thereafter smoked an entire pack of Lucky Strikes and drank a quart of Parrot Bay rum because she was so traumatized by her scaly close encounter of the third kind.

You and I both know that a sizable portion of Americans would believe it to be true, not because it’s factually verifiable, but simply because it comports with their preexisting belief system. And, you old white men better not question the legitimacy of her story either because she’s obviously suffering from PTSD, and any questioning would cause her to be re-victimized by her horrific alien molestation.

Asking the FBI to investigate the Kavanaugh party grope is like asking a plumber to style hair in a salon. Only fools or crooks are demanding their entry into this.

A probe for what? Worst case scenario Kavannaugh crossed line and copped a feel in an awkward teenage move.

I’m as boring an as unadventurous as a dude can be. I’m an engineer. I studied on Friday nights. But, even I reflect upon an awkward experience from my junior year. At that age, you’re learning how to deal with your feelings, your anxieties, your sexuality. Sometimes, you cross lines too quickly. I tried to kiss a girl during a date. It was so awkward. By the way, my senior year in HS, a girl grabed me during a date right on the you-know-what. It was way out of line...we didn’t know each other well enough for that sort of ‘big move’.....though neither one of us knew it yet. 35 years later and I’m going to press charges? Give me a freaking break. This entire thing appears to be crap.

Whenever a GOP person is about ascend to power....suddenly a woman appears who was assaulted 20 years ago. I suppose it could be true....and if real assault then we should know....but, that’s the point isn’t it? Since there is 0.05% chance that it actually was more than socially awkward teenagers, everything has to come to a stop....which causes the political damage the Dems want. Uhgggg!! That party doesn’t fight fair.

Somebody needs to explain to Dougie that even “da FBI” can’t investigate something that never occurred. This is a LIE. A political assassination. Come on Dougie. Grow up and open your eyes.

Well now it appears Ms. Ford will not be testifying before the committee. Fox is reporting she is "balking" at testifying.

My take on it - it was all fun and games, she was promised good money, fame, etc. for her accusation. So she came forward with her made-up story... Fast forward a few weeks, the leftists are desperate enough to pull out her card and play it. All of a sudden she starts getting too much attention, gets uncomfortable, finally listens to family/friends and gets independent legal advice - not the "advice" she's been getting from who-ever put her up to this. Her own lawyer explains "perjury" to her and the possible consequences. Now she's backing out, once the 'rats realize that card folded, we'll never hear of Ms. Ford again. What was fleetingly so so terribly important it should hold up, perhaps even stop the nomination of a Supreme Court Judge...will now be utterly forgotten and not mentioned again by the 'rats. Kind of like Confederate statues, guess they aren't the end of the world either. Or any of the dozens of other issues du-jour they try to use for spin...

FBI said they investigate Federal Crimes and this accusation is not federal. The FBI is now finished with their probe, senate ass-hats are free to continue.

This should be used in the midterm senate races against red state moderates that CLAIM independence from schumer; they ultimately do what they are told to do.

Kavanaugh Cout Hearings Need to Pause Until FBI Probe Complete Democrats take back the WH in 2020, Sen. Jones Says

This is the delay tactic of the week. And Kavanaugh is the current person up for confirmation. Those are trivial details. Kavanaugh could give up today. Or FBI could announce they just completed a month-long thorough investigation that they managed to keep from leaking. Dems wouldn't change their "obstruct until 2020" strategy one bit. They just need to use different arguments next week. I have no doubt they've already prepared the next story to delay Kavanaugh and CNC/NYT/others are ready to hit the "print" button once the "high school rape" story loses traction.

The FBI probe is complete - 6 times over....they really don’t want the FBI to look at her but if it delays things they will be fine by not trying to pursue the lies enough to get jail time...delay delay delay is the name of the game and they are desperate to gain seats in the House and hopeful of doing so in the Senate so their fantasies can be realized...we have the power to put them away if we get off our butts.
