They cannot let her testify. Nobody has time to prepare to question her. Let her file a sworn affidavit with her accusation, and let Kavanaugh respond in kind.

Feinstein screwed the Democrats here by sitting on the letter for 2-3 months, because she already had an opportunity — even a RESPONSIBILITY — to address the matter when she was questioning Kavanaugh directly in his confirmation hearing.

If rebuttal witnesses are to be called, then Senator Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) needs to be called first -- which means she can no longer sit on that committee.
