The FBI refuses to disclose whether or not it met with senior members of the Intelligence Community Inspector General on the subject of foreign intrusion of former Secretary Hillary Clinton’s private server.
An FBI spokeswoman refused to confirm if Intelligence Community Inspector General (ICIG) officials — including Frank Rucker, its chief investigator — briefed top bureau officials about evidence of penetration of Clinton’s private server by a Chinese government intelligence operation. “We have no comment,” she told The Daily Caller News Foundation.

Despite then-FBI Director James Comey’s insistence that the agency had “reviewed all of the communications” discovered on the laptop, less than one half of one percent of the emails were directly reviewed for classified or incriminating information, RealClear Investigations reported on Aug. 23.
A career FBI special agent involved in the case complained to New York colleagues that officials in Washington tried to “bury” what may have been on Weiner’s laptop, which the agent believed contained the full archive of Clinton’s emails – including long-sought missing messages from her first months at the State Department, the report said. Yahoo Before It Was Hacked by Russian and Foreign Agents

Huma Abedin, a top aide to former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, routed sensitive information through Yahoo multiple times.
Huma Abedin forwarded sensitive State Department emails, including passwords to government systems, to her personal Yahoo email account before every single Yahoo account was hacked, a Daily Caller News Foundation analysis of emails released as part of a lawsuit brought by Judicial Watch shows. Abedin, the top aide to former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, used her insecure personal email provider to conduct sensitive work.
This guarantees that an account with high-level correspondence in Clinton’s State Department was affected by one or more of a series of breaches—at least one of which was perpetrated by a “state-sponsored actor.”
The U.S. later charged Russian intelligence agent Igor Sushchin with hacking 500 million Yahoo email accounts. The initial hack occurred in 2014 and allowed his associates to access accounts into 2015 and 2016 by using forged cookies. Sushchin also worked for the Russian investment bank Renaissance Capital, which paid former President Bill Clinton $500,000 for a June 2010 speech in Moscow.
A separate hack in 2013 compromised 3 billion accounts across multiple Yahoo properties, and the culprit is still unclear. “All Yahoo user accounts were affected by the August 2013 theft,” the company said in a statement. Abedin, Hillary Clinton’s deputy chief of staff, regularly forwarded work emails to her personal humamabedin@yahoo.com address. “She would use these accounts if her [State] account was down or if she needed to print an email or document.
Abedin further explained to the FBI that it was difficult to print from the DoS system so she routinely forwarded emails to her non-DoS accounts so she could more easily print,” an FBI report says.
State Dept confirmed Abedin sent passwords for her government laptop to her Yahoo account on Aug. 24, 2009, an email released by the State Department in September shows.
Long-time Clinton confidante Sid Blumenthal sent Clinton an email in July 2009 with the subject line: “Important. Not for circulation. You only. Sid.” The email began “CONFIDENTIAL … Re: Moscow Summit.” Abedin forwarded the email to her Yahoo address, potentially making it visible to hackers. The email was deemed too sensitive by the government to release to the public and was redacted before being published pursuant to the Judicial Watch lawsuit.
The released copy says: “Classified by DAS/ A/GIS, DoS on 10/30/2015 Class: Confidential.” The unredacted portion reads: “I have heard authoritatively from Bill Drozdiak, who is in Berlin. … We should expect that the Germans and Russians will now cut their own separate deals on energy, regional security, etc.” —SNIP—

Wouldn’t it be a hoot if it were found that the sum of Chinese donations to the Clinton Foundation were evenly divisible by the number of “courtesy-copied” emails forwarded to them, e.g., with a trailing three or four zeroes?
ITEM--Blumenthal was engaged in massive conflicts of interest since he was simultaneously (a) being paid by The Clinton Foundation, (b) paid by Hillary's 2016 PAC organizers, and, (3) paid by businesses w/ interests in Libya. If Secy Clinton knew all that, then her actions in circulating memos composed by Blumenthal were egregious. If she did not know, her recklessness is subject to US laws.

ITEM---to its donors---and to the world beyond---the Clinton Foundation hired Sid Blumenthal to..... (wait for it)..... "promote Bill's presidential legacy." That's what Sid was supposed to be doing for his hefty $325,000 foundation salary.
ITEM---so if the Clinton Foundation Board of Trustees signed off on the Blumenthal hire without being appraised of the full scope of his duties....that would violate state laws and place the trustees in legal jeopardy.

Funny thing about that, if they use traffic to do a check on whether it was hacked, any traffic from a "benign" point of origin like, oh, say Diane Feinstein, would be dismissed as legitimate traffic meaning that if Hillary was selling access (and without a doubt she was) then a whole of that "legitimate" traffic was actually the Chinese or others picking up what they paid for.
Plus, can we actually trust the FBI (CIA or NSA either for that matter) to follow through and check out each destination to which messages and content was forwarded?
In the real world, the only rational way to deal with Hillary having had her own little server is to assume that absolutely everything that was sent to or from that server has been compromised, is in the hands of nations that compete with or wish to do harm to the US, and furthermore, is probably still for sale the Deep Web .
Of course, this isn't the real world, this is Oligarchy 2018 in the former United States which is now run by criminals, scum, psychopaths, and perverts.
That is the textbook answer with a security leak. You don’t confirm or deny so the enemy still might have some doubt. In the case of Clinton this is past its due date. They know whether they have real Clinton traffic or not by now if they were in doubt. I don’tthink they ever were.

Liz, any foreign intelligence agency worth its salt would recognize Clinton as an easy mark. She had a long history of being reckless and careless. The Vince Foster caper was just one of many artless cons.
Then there was the obviously corrupt Clinton Foundation that needed to send emails to foreign government officials outside secure/transparent diplomatic channels.
All the Chinese needed to do was bribe an administrator at Clinton's ISP. That's simpler than hacking. Or it could have been Seth Rich.
What are they not hiding. They lie just to keep in practice.

Former President Bill Clinton (again exploiting the US presidency) went to China to meet with the country’s president and promote the "Clinton Foundation." Clinton told a Chinese audience that a female president would be good for the United States. (THIS WAS THE CONNIVING CLINTONS IN ALL THEIR CALCULATED GLORY---Hillary was the carrot on the stick to get donations---if she was elected president, she'd look favorably on China).
