This full “state” funeral is way over the top for a mere Senator. What sort of precedent is this setting? Lying in state at the Capitol rotunda, a military escort accross country horse drawn parade a cross town to Anapolis. Two weeks ago the city couldn’t afford a military parade but now all of this?
