Police are responding to a “mass shooting” Sunday at a popular area in downtown Jacksonville, Fla., filled with bars and restaurants.

Going to prison is a ‘credibility’ builder, and a lot of them are so cynical about life that they don’t care about dying.

A prosecutor concerned that a jury might not convict an obviously guilty defendant because they did not want to send another (fill in the blank) to prison might use this approach.
