The firm was paid $9 million during the 2016 election by the DNC and the Clinton campaign, and the payments to Fusion GPS flowed through Elias and were falsely reported to the FEC as “legal fees.” We are waiting for Mueller to confiscate the Elias records just as he did Michael Cohen’s, so there can be a thorough federal investigation into the role Elias and his firm played in the dossier scandal. And once he gets into those records and files, who knows what other offenses might be uncovered? What’s good for the Michael Cohen goose surely is just as good for the Marc Elias gander.

The point here is that if Mueller is interested in unreported and excessive contributions to a 2016 presidential campaign, he can certainly accomplish that objective on a much grander scale in both the amounts involved and the scope of the conspiracy by turning his attention to the $84 million that flowed through the DNC in their massive scheme to completely evade the legal contribution limits to the Clinton campaign. Their misconduct is laid out quite specifically in a federal civil suit filed in May 2018 (Committee to Defend the President v. Federal Election Commission), making Mueller’s job fairly straightforward.

Not ONE Rat attorney or hack has been so much as questioned by the “impartial” special counsel as demanded by the enabling legislation.

Repeal the “Special Counsel” law. We don’t need a Grand Inquisitor going on political witch hunts, fabricating crimes (’it was an in kind political contribution when he bought his kid a car’).
And most of all, prosecute Mueller and his Clinton Gang operation because they are UNDOUBTEDLY coordinating ALL of this with the Clintons. Lanny Davis doesn’t end up being Mike Cohen’s handler by accident.
It provides the funds for literally millions of government "workers" who will not stand for having all their carefully-crafted schemes and money-grabs upset by an interloper.
If, instead of Trump, we had nominated and elected a cross between Geo. Washington, Gandhi, Einstein and Mother Teresa the left would still be attempting a coup.

Hillary could be chopping up puppies, taking bribes, and robbing widows and orphans, and neither Mueller nor anyone else would bat an eyelid.
She did all those things plus compromising national security and leaving a trail of murdered "people who knew too much." But that's not important is it?

The real problem is that there are no intellectual conservatives who can go on left-wing TV channels and offer a rational alternative theory or counter argument against the ongoing DNC/MM talking point that DJT is an unindicted co-conspirator. Has anyone with credibility attempted that?

What is the statute of limitations on campaign violations arising out of the 2016 election? An important question, as when Sessions is fired, AND IF THE REPS HAVE A MAJORITY IN THE SENATE, when a new AG will be appointed who will initiate these investigations. Sessions recused himself, and neither Mueller or Rosenstein will.
As long as the state has not passed, full criminal investigations can go forward.
