Too much sugar. It's a little Swedish this morning.

If you're Russian you can take it with you.

Most legal immigrants and American citizens are hardworking at whatever they do.

Which would be also meaningless if they were also cold blooded killers...
Sadly, the death penalty is grossly underused.

Perp in court looked like he was wearing a headset. Needed a translator? Here four to five years and still hadn’t picked up the language? And if the prep needed a translator, how did the farm deal with that.. ?

Hummm...didn't know he had a wife...does he also have children?

Just wondering...

Does Iowa have the ‘death penalty’ in that State? again just wondering.

I’ll wager that this is not the first time that this animal has done the same thing to other women.

Represented himself as legal? In what world is that enough? It’s easy enough to show documentation. This employer is just another greedy jerk, willing to destroy our country so he can make a few more pennies.

Aren’t there laws in place that employers that hire illegals need to be fined or go to jail? If this guy didn’t hire this criminal this woman could still be alive. He is culpable and ought to be punished.

From the AP article -

Rivera's defense attorney, Allan Richards, acknowledged Wednesday that his client received his paycheck under a different name and that he was uncertain of his immigration status. He said he was prepared to argue that his client was in the country legally, noting that he came to the U.S. as a minor and had worked and paid taxes for years.

If he is 24 years old as claimed, then we are seeing why the slimy lawyer was previously saying “he's been in the country 4 to 7 years”.

4 years is how long he was employed at the farm, but 7 years would make him a “Dreamer” (just) for more left wing sympathy brownie points.

It seems like no-one really knows since he sneaked into the country.

“I read that the employer followed the law and used E-Verify and the worker passed. What else was the employer supposed to do?”

I’m guessing that is fake news. How is someone that is in the country illegally going to pass an E-Verify check? It’s not likely.

I worked with some guy in the 2002-era who went and checked his SS business for the first time and there was a five-year period where an extra $20,000 per year was appearing as pay, and the SS numbers were higher. He was leaving the service...anticipating a hefty pay upswing, with that extra $20k still falling into the system. He did the spreadsheet and figured if they didn’t see nothing or notice this....he’d retire with $500 more a month coming at him for social security.

Most folks aren’t checking on their contributions, and I’ll bet well over a quarter-million extra contributors are in the system.

The press & the left are diabolic and demonic in their reasoning and thinking.

They ignore the horrific evil crimes and choose to only focus on the so-called “innocent victim of discrimination” because of closed borders.

May God’s Justice be Swift and Final!

But he worked at a DAIRY FARM!!! This will not sit well with the vegan left who think dairy farms are obviously worse than murder.

Not true, according to posts here they used the Social Security system to verify that he had a legal right to work in the United States. The Social Security system doesn’t do that!

I’m sure they knew that because Social Security would’ve told them to use E-Verify. They use the wrong system and pretended that they used the right one.

“We should not use her death to promote dealing with illegal immigration.”

lol, Sounds like a bunch of liberal illogic.

When people die of a disease, we certainly shouldn’t use that to promote research on curing that disease. No, that would be all wrong apparently.

lol.
