These employers commit crimes on the books. These folk should be prosecuted now.

I hate to say it, and it makes no difference in this horrible and avoidable crime, but twitter has her tweets. She apparently hated “white people.” Sad.

From the E-Verify website, just so we know what they look at, and what the employer sees.

-Verify is an Internet-based system that compares information from your Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification, to U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and Social Security Administration (SSA) records to confirm that you are authorized to work in the United States. Though participation in E-Verify is required of some employers, most employers participate voluntarily.

An employer that participates in E-Verify must post the Notice of E-Verify Participation poster provided by DHS and the Right to Work poster issued by Department of Justice, Immigrant and Employee Rights Section, shown below in English and Spanish, at the company’s hiring location. If the posters cannot be displayed at the hiring location, they should be provided to you with your job application materials.

Once you accept an offer of employment and complete Form I-9, the employer takes the information from your Form I-9 and enters it into E-Verify. E-Verify compares your information against records available to DHS and provides the employer with a case result within 3 to 5 seconds.

So, either the system is broken, and doesn't know who is who, or the guy presented false documentation for someone known to be okay via E-Verify. If this is the case, then the system is still broken, as it fails at identifying potential fraudulent documentation.

Or, the farm-owning RINO is lying his ass off.

Doesn't matter, the media wants to charge the Iowa REPUBLICAN FAMILY with complicity in this murder.

I have always thought E-Verify was either deliberately designed broken, or deliberately designed to be easily bypassed.

“...was vetted through the government’s E-Verify system...”

The story is NOT that a Republican was employing an “undocumented immigrant”. The story is that one of Obama’s illegal alien Dreamers murdered a young woman.

This is what Guiliani was saying about who's version of the truth. Th media's version is to protect the broken Dem immigration system highlighted by their use of the word undocumented instead of illegal. Our version is actually more comprehensive and balanced Charge everyone who committed a crime and fix the border and immigration system.

He should. It’s time hold people responsible for the crimes they enable.

I don’t care if it’s a republican or democrat.

This person got documents to pass E-verify in one of two ways:

He either bought them (identity theft) involving an American citizen or legal immigrant’s information

~ OR ~

He was one of Obama’s Dreamers, meaning he got a work permit and/or social security number when he signed up (if he did).

Full stop.

“was vetted through the government’s E-Verify system,”

First of all, I would want proof they really did run him through the system and not just sloppily ran a similar name through so they could hire him.
If they did truly vet him, then the system is majorly broken and shame on the govt for having a deeply flawed system.

More like her University brainwashed her into believing that. Sending your daughters to college teaches them to hate their kin and leaves them unhappy and usually barren. Don’t send them.

“The story is NOT that a Republican was employing an “undocumented immigrant”.

Then... there is the question of whether the e-verify system validated the killer as being legal... During the BHO Administration... That is very troubling. Was there some type of memo disseminated buy Holder or Lynch altering the parameters of the e-verify system during the BHO Administration years?
