So the process for verifying a potential employee is broken in multiple ways, it isn’t just E-Verify.

It is broken only because e-verify is not mandatory. Checking the validity of a stolen SSN is not part of the hiring process. I wonder what the I-9 says on this guy.

We need to enforce the law when it comes to penalizing employers who hire illegal aliens. It is against the law.

I don’t, and never will, abide with Open Borders Advocates, or those that defend Criminal Aliens, like yourself.

You’re just confirming what I said.

And the initial report was E-Verify, which later changed.

E-verify is not broken, which is what you said.

Go read some of the posts here by HR people regarding E-Verify in the first one or two posts about this story. Despite the fact it wasn’t used on Rivera, it’s still broken.

I'm grown tired of your sophomoric crap, asshole, but I will say this: Your so-called logic that illegal aliens are somehow "good" and "justified" because "they work" is strongly countered by the tremendous costs and risks they pose.

Learn to read, or have your mommy read this to you from the Conservative HQ and it pretty well sums it up:

"Mollie Tibbetts was killed so that somebody in Iowa could have cheap labor, and she was killed so that the Business Roundtable, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, and the rest of the Washington – Wall Street – Silicon Valley Axis could hit this quarter’s earnings target, and most shamefully, she was killed so that virtue signaling liberal politicians could get reelected and because their bootlickers in the media and their urban elite supporters in the gated communities and the security-doored co-ops and condos feel superior to her, and the other victims like her, and don’t think their lives are worth protecting."

Being intimately familiar with the subject I can state unequivocally that the cost of labor is just now reaching levels that will attract young white male gamers into the market. It hurts me as a business owner that uses day labor, but will help the country in the long run. I don’t mind paying more, as long as my competition must do the same. Thank you Donald Trump.

Because they go to public schools and don’t know how to read, write or do basic algebra. This is why we have such an influx of millennial with majors like sociology and psychology and women’s studies. Do you want a person with a degree in women’s studies taking out your appendix?

So we should just keep subsidizing them(farmers) with illegal labor and govt. handouts? What about all the factory workers that lost their jobs? They were told to change or die “it was a global market now”. Was that fair?

Oh,sorry I didn’t explain myself well. Absolutely we should end farm subsidies it would be the best thing we could do for our country currently. I agree 100 percent. We also need to fix our schools...we have 20 something snowflakes with completely unmarketable skills but hey they’ve had a great “ four year experience” how about we teach them something that can actually contribute to our economy.

I say BS to those who say e-verify doesn't work. Just another excuse to hire illegal aliens. Libertarians want no controls over employment. They don't like the I-9 either, which is far worse. User satisfaction is above 85%, which is unusually high for a government program. Tell me what is wrong with the program.

The statistics in the above chart report E-Verify case processing results through Fiscal Year Q1 2018 (October 2017 – December 2017). All figures are expressed as a percentage of the total number of cases submitted and percentages are rounded. Total E-Verify Cases: 8,793,734. Cases Not Found Work Authorized: 80,367.

Confirmed: Farm-owning RINO lied about E-Verify for the murderer. They checked him out not at all!

Sounds like someone needs to be sued out of existence.
