REVOKING SECURITY CLEARANCE: THE EASY WAY OUT
WND ^ | August 18,2018 | LARRY KLAYMAN

Really, admiral! Apparently, you conveniently forgot to mention that Brennan voted for a communist for president, is rumored to have converted to Islam and reportedly had a prayer rug in his CIA office. Good fit for a CIA director, don’t you think? To make matters much worse, not just Edward Snowden but an NSA/CIA/FBI contractor whistleblower client I once represented revealed to a number of so-called government authorities that Brennan, along with James Clapper, were the primary persons who authorized and then carried out mass surveillance by the CIA and NSA, also with FBI involvement, against hundreds of millions of American citizens. This illegal and unconstitutional surveillance – undertaken without probable cause as required by the Fourth Amendment – I succeeded in enjoining in a case styled Klayman v. Obama.

The bottom line is this: To simply remove security clearances for these criminals is not enough! Instead, it is the easy way out! Brennan, Clapper, Comey and the rest, including former assistant deputy attorney general and head of the the Department of Justice’s Organized Crime Task Force, Bruce Ohr, need to be brought before a grand jury, indicted, tried convicted and sentenced to many years in the slammer!

The only real consequence of removing security clearances is to effectively prevent persons from becoming gainfully employed in the national security, intelligence and defense sectors when they leave government. It is simply not punishment enough and will serve as a continuing green light for corrupt and seemingly unaccountable government officials to run roughshod over the constitutional and other rights of ordinary Americans.

When I left my job I didn’t take my security clearance with me. They can always get it back under a different administration or a different job in my case.

Not even Fox will have Klayman on today. Every channel, every station, every paper across the country attacking Trump for censoring Brennon’s free speech! Not one stinking word about shutting down the Right all across the internet and mediadom.

Our Representatives who run Congress and the Senate a silent.

Only Trump is speaking.

To all who care. The government in America is very corrupt from the top I believe.
I served in the US Army under the Department of Defense instead of Dept of The Army. I was drafted in 1962 and the Army was an experience that maybe saved my life in many ways. I was privileged and even had a Top Security Clearance. The Military had the FBI I suppose do a background check on me before I received such Clearance. Upon discharge my Clearance was turned in and revoked and I could care less I then had no use for it. One young man that reported to base with me was fined and reassigned because he left a speeding ticket off of his inquiry. Upon my discharge from the Army I went back to my old job until I became a Police Officer. I spent 32 years as a Police Officer and I can honestly say I never saw anyone set up or falsely charged until I retried .That is from what I knew. I can tell you for a fact from my own experience from dealing with EX-FBI Agents and a State Supreme Court they will do anything to accomplish their means and protect the Higher UPs. I have no doubt and would bet my life, what is left on it. Be careful dealing with the system. I am retired, drawing my pension and Social Security and the only problems to my knowledge is a health one. My hand before the Good Lord tells all to be careful of the system prevailing in America today. I do not know if Manafort is guilty or not but you can bet he is being mistreated and Trump is a danger to the System of Corruption that reside in DC and the government.

Of the 200 generals and admirals or so fired, dismissed, relieved of command, etc., with or without cause by Obama, how many still maintain a security clearance ?

This communist insurrectionist also passed on lies from the yet to be released “dossier” to Harry Reid, who in turn passed it on to the FBI, who then used it in the corrupt application for a FISA warrant.
He deserves nothing except scorn.

CNN Reporter Tal Kopan found a striking admission from CIA Director John Brennan. When he first applied to join the CIA, and received his polygraph test, he was asked this standard question:

Have you ever worked with or for a group that was dedicated to overthrowing the US?

Remarking on this... during a panel discussion at the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation’s annual conference, Brennan said: “I froze…. This was back in 1980, and I thought back to a previous election where I voted, and I voted for the Communist Party candidate.

Gus Hall was the head of the Communist Party USA. He was awarded the Order of Lenin from the Soviet Union.

When the CIA head lies to Congress, has spied on Congress, leaked about a double-agent in the underwear bomber case to the media, and engineers a method to abuse foreign intelligence agencies to help spy on political opponents, then uses his reputation to monetize his knowledge to do sensational news stories as a newly minted media celebrity, SURE...a reasonable person would say his security clearance should be revoked. A reasonable person would think he committed crimes.

As far as Trump suppressing the free speech of this crook, the minute his clearance is revoked, Brennan Tweets, writes a op-ed for a flagship icon of the MSM, and appears in multiple interviews. I didn't see him muzzled, suppressed, or silenced. Quite the opposite; he exploits the revocation by speaking louder as the prime spokesmodel of the Resistance Movement (on par with low IQ Maxine Waters) and gains sympathy from other Deep Staters who should also have their credentials pulled.

Brennan needs to be arrested for many reasons.

From Wikipedia: According to The New York Times, “In February, Mr. Panetta called then-Vice Adm. William H. McRaven, commander of the Pentagon’s Joint Special Operations Command, to CIA headquarters in Langley, Virginia, to give him details about the compound and to begin planning a military strike. Admiral McRaven, a veteran of the covert world who had written a book on American Special Operations, spent weeks working with the CIA on the operation, and came up with three options: a helicopter assault using U.S. Navy SEALs, a strike with B-2 bombers that would obliterate the compound, or a joint raid with Pakistani intelligence operatives who would be told about the mission hours before the launch.”[16] The day before the assault, President Obama “took a break from rehearsing for the White House Correspondents Dinner that night to call Admiral McRaven, to wish him luck”.[16] A June 2013 Freedom of Information request revealed that on May 13, 2011, McRaven sent email titled “OPSEC Guidance / Neptune Spear” that instructed redacted recipients that “all photos [of UBL’s remains] should have been turned over to the CIA; if you still have them destroy them immediately” or “get them to” a recipient whose identity was redacted.[17][18]

Interesting?

I can believe it - Clapper was CC of Air Intelligence Agency when I was there, so he certainly knew the capabilities. And nobody - NOBODY - was sorry to see him PCS.

I had a security clearance once. When I left govt employment, I lost it, but I had no trouble finding employment in the private sector without it. Of course people who leave govt employ should lose their clearances, and of course Brenner et al should be prosecuted. From where did we get this silly notion that just because an individual once held a security clearance, he should hold it forever? And why should ex-govt employees who held clearance be given some extra-special assurance of a good job in the private sector than we lesser mortals? Shouldn’t the honor of once being entrusted with our nation’s secrets be enough?

Jail time is no longer a deterrent to this treasonous behavior.

After any trial, they should be taken out behind the courthouse and executed followed by a burial at the local landfill.

I wish Trump would rip the security clearances from all the rest of this traitorous den of criminals on the same day. Now that would make the MSM apoplectic.

Craven McRaven...one of Obama’s lickspittles. Obama probably had to shake him off his leg whenever he was around.

McCraven should be pulled in by Mattis and have his clearance removed by Matttis for very poor judgement.
