A federal judge issued a nationwide injunction Thursday against the Trump administration for delaying the Obama-era Waters of the United States rule, dealing a setback to a key piece of President Trump's deregulatory agenda.
The decision by the U.S. District Court in South Carolina means that the so-called Clean Water Rule is again operative in 26 states where district courts have not halted the regulation.
If I were Trump, I'd tell you to go pound sand.
I wonder what would happen if Trump ignored the ruling.

Couldn’t another judge issue a reinstatement? Why does that one judge win? Because he was first?
The answer to all anti-American judiciary, from we the people, is no.

Someone - oh, I don’t know, maybe an Attorney General with balls, needs to do something to stop activist leftist judges from deciding to run the country on their own.
It’s nice to say “Trump should just ignore the ruling,” but based on past experience they NEVER do that (probably because they think our corrupt Congress will impeach him if he does).
But something needs to be done. This happens too regularly.
The judiciary must rely on the DOJ to enforce their rulings.
I’m sure Sessions will get right to it, as soon as he fines all the dope smokers..................
It’s time to stop allowing lower court judges to rule the country.
President Jackson said, “Justice Marshal has made his ruling. Now let him enforce it.”
I do wish, rather than playing along, he’d come out and say, “This policy was created by Obama, and is undone by me. You have no authority here. The change stands.”
Congress needs to fast-track impeachment proceedings against Federal judges who try to usurp the authority of the other branches in this way. As in, “Rule today, out tomorrow.”
At some point, PDJT must invoke the Constitution and the separation of powers and tell these tyrants in black robes to ***k themselves. No judge has any authority over a president to tell him which executive orders he must or must not enforce.
This is why SOROS is SPENDING MILLIONS on State Attorney General races.
This getting to where any third rate judge can issue nationwide decrees that cost huge amounts of government waste, not to mention the absolute havoc in the private sector.
SCOTUS needs to issue a blanket smackdown of all circuit courts.
Certain things are the purview of the Executive Branch and that means HANDS OFF!

DJT needs to get the lawyers to the Supreme’s and get a ruling that XO’s are temporary in nature and revoking XO’s are strictly non reviewable by lower courts.
Exactly. They’ll issue more of these, hoping Trump will ignore the ruling, giving the MSM/Deep State/Satanists their “excuse” to try and impeach.
Get more good judges at the SCOTUS and Courts of Appeal, which will cut off the lame District Courts.
A conservative Congress needs to pass legislation explicitly removing the ability for District judges to try and make their rulings apply nationwide.
This is a war of attrition - won’t be won quickly I’m afraid.
Some district court judges have ruled it unconstitutional, others have ruled it constitutional.
Just a wild guess. But, would those ruling one President reversing an executive action by another President to be unconstitutional, be the little dictator judges appointed by Obama?
