Live Election Results: Troy Balderson (Republican) vs Danny OConnor (Democrat)
https://www.nytimes.com/interactive/2018/08/07/us/elections/results-ohio-special-house-election-district-12.html
Polls close at 7:30pm ET
Turnout in Delaware County is disappointing, but they will put Balderson over the top.
I like the odds: 54 precincts to one
“Apparently the rules are if we complain a lot about stuff the Republican will win.”

When Trump goes the GOP will be the Whig Party.

And, sadly, the majority will be just fine with that.
Politicians spend other people’s money like druken sailors at a whore house. These two are going head to head again in just three months.
Cant believe it’s this close. The suspense is killing me.
This Politico live feed is populated by four Millenials, who are doing a good job of conveying why the world hates on Millenials daily...
“but the good news is the Dems dropped a sh!tpot of money on this race”
How much exactly? I had heard it was “a lot”, but I can’t seem to find concrete numbers.
Well, Trump is better and more efficient at cleaning up the environment than the Rat party (in spite of their rhetoric and lies). Trump EPA has cleaned up more Superfund sites in the last 2 years than 0bambi’s EPA in 2015-2016.
The Franklin County results (favoring Dem) have been STUCK at 186 of 199 precincts reporting. Weve seen this movie before...

Yep. Like election night, 2016, where EVERYTHING stopped dead in the middle of the night for hours while the RATS tried to figure out how they could manufacture some more votes.
Kobach back on top in Kansas.
Not trying to freak you out - but yours was post 666 on this thread...
Nate Cohn of the NY Times is basically giving it to Balderson. Not a great win, but a necessary win. And TB can thank Trump for it!
If Balderson wins, the media will still spin that the Republican won by less than they usually do in this district (like they did in Georgia 6 last year) - leaving out the fact the Democrats rarely spend a dime to contest the district. You can make any race closer if you choose to spend tens of millions of dollars in it as compared to spending nothing before.
Yes they will but it needs to be a “Recount-Proof” lead.
So I will complain a little more.
Rust is awful. I hate canaries. Why are Lil Debbie Snack Cakes so small?
Drudge declares GOP Ohio the winner!!!!!
Trump is handling it well. He isnt afraid to spend political capital or take short term hits for long term gain.
Its amazing what a political genius he is for a relative newbie
