Kasich repeats the Democrat/media lie that repealing Obamacare makes 20 million "lose" health care. That number is arrived at by counting people who are no longer being forced to buy health insurance as "losing" their health care. Also the number who purchase health care because of Obamacare is itself an estimate (likely inflated) some number of years in the future.

RCP had Ohio as a tossup between Trump and Hilary Clinton in November 2016. Trump won by 8%. RCP averages are easy to manipulate and the Democrats do it all the time. All you need is a couple of big fake outlier polls in favor of the Democrats and the entire average is skewed one way or the other.
As for Kasich the creep, of course he is trying to get Troy Balderson defeated by sowing fear, uncertainty and doubt in the minds of Trump supporting Republican voters, after the rip roaring Trump rally for Troy Balderson.
