New polling shows Missouri Republican Senate candidate Josh Hawley with a slight lead over Democratic incumbent Claire McCaskill in what promises to be one of the countrys tightest and most consequential races.
The new head-to-head survey, which was conducted last week by GOP pollster Remington Research, shows Hawley two points up on McCaskill, 48-46. The poll provides the first glimpse into Missouri voters thinking on the race since Republican governor Eric Greitens resigned in May over allegations of sexual misconduct and violations of campaign finance law, bringing an abrupt end to a months-long scandal that was widely seen as a drag on Hawleys electoral chances.
Hawley, the states attorney general, has portrayed McCaskill as an out-of-touch leftist who reflexively opposes President Donald Trumps agenda and has more in common with coastal elites than with her own Missouri constituents. McCaskill responded with authenticity-based arguments of her own, mocking the Yale-educated Hawleys fancy law school pedigree.

But, but, what about the Blue Wave???
Univ. of MO. Both for BA and JD.
In Montana, Tester is offering free $hit to the “gimme dat Parasites” to vote for him. Thats the only way a democrat/socialist can win....free $hit for the lazy parasites.
Pres. Trump endorsed Josh Hawley back in November during a trip to KC. Hawley does not seem very aggressive though. And Mother McCaskill has mega-bucks.
President Trump was in the St. Louis campaigning for Hawley today.

Well, Trump is already on it. :-)
Has a couple coming but sure he will return to MO prior to election. We get a precursor of November election next month when Missouri votes in Primary which includes Right to Work law. August 7. Unions fighting like hell to stop this. Hollywood active as well. John Goodman doing ads on TV.
This seat should have been won in 2012 if we didnt have that idiot Todd legitimate rape Akin.
Gots to wonder what is wrong with the stoopids in Missouri that they keep electing this schrew?
