#17 Well, they did let Hillary and Cheryl Mills decide what emails were private and what ones were government property.. and then let them destroy the devices they resided on.
I have seen that. I think it was most likely Seth Rich.
The fact is that the indictment largely confirmed what we knew. It shows an effort by the Russians to undermine Clinton and influence the election...The bias in Turley's report is his failure to mention that the Russians also tried to hack into Republican systems, but were unable to.
Instead, Turley leaves the reader with the impression that the sole objective of the Russians was to "undermine Clinton."
The truth is that the Russians tried to play each against the other, but were unable to penetrate the Republican systems. They were left with only the Clinton hacks to work with.

I'm a long way from certain, but I think it was probably Seth Rich or another DNC insider with a USB drive.
The standard leftist "debunking" of the USB drive theory is that the internet data transfer speeds might have been high enough to account for the sequential file creation times. That is true as as far as it goes, but there is more to the story.
Probably the illegal activity to eliminate Bernie in the primary, or more importantly the payment to Fusion through the law firm of Perkins, Cole to pay for the Russian dossier.
Thanks Stayfree.

Did the DNC comment about this?
Every country has this but Israel and the US are best.
It’s never the nature of the evidence but the seriousness of the charge with these people.
Assange offering a reward to solve that crime indicates it was Rich for me.
Can the 12 indictees hire a US based attorney and fight the indictment or demand discovery without appearing in person.
Mueller had this happen on one of his previous indictments and he is still fighting off that discovery.
I think this one could actually be similar, only better. Pointed questions about what happened to the server, and a demand to have their own experts examine it would be really interesting in a court.
I wonder if we could get up a legal defense fund for these guys?
I suspect the very best we could hope for would be to have the indictment dismissed, but that would still be a black eye for Mueller.
Exactly. Inside job.
I didn’t hear all of Rush’s segment this morning, but he was discussing how Concord Management showed up and screwed up Mueller’s plans, as he how has to produce discovery.
All of this is being gamed for something in October, but since Trump is playing the wild card it’s impossible to predict how things are going to develop.
I suspect that attempting to break in is a much lower level crime than actually breaking in.
Sorry of like Trayvon walking around lookin in car windows to see if they were locked. If he had found an unlocked one, opened the door and stolen something that would be a much greater crime.
We need to promote the truth that the Rs were smart and capable, so they locked their doors and the burglars got nothing. The Ds were stupid and lazy, they left their door open and had stuff stolen. This is not the fault of the Rs.
Yes, but the media spin remains. The Russians colluded and interfered to help defeat Clinton.
There is no proof of collusion by Trump. None. Zip. Nada. However, someone else got over 100 million dollars from the Russians, hired a retired Brit intel guy to collect dirt from Russians, and had partisans within the intel and law enforcement community to further the plot.
The chaos they sowed was targeted towards both parties and candidates. This defeats the idea that they favored one over the other.
It’s really a wash. As you point out - the damage was possibly because her chief advisor used “password” as his password. Even then, the evidence appears to show that the Wikileaks document dump was a direct download and not the result of a hack.
It is really incredible when you put it all in perspective.
Mueller knows these 12 will not stand trail so he can make up anything he wants.
Because someone the Dems paid told them it was so.......convenient....no?
Exactly. If the Russians are our evil enemy why would you sell them such a large stake in one of our valuable commodities? The media refuses to ask logical, common sense questions that the rest of us know should be asked.
...probably right ...plus illegal campaign contributions, use of government facilities as part of the election, and probably more.
