“......Im on your side, remember?”
I am not convinced.
I will give Trump the benefit of the doubt since we do not know what Trump knows and has, and what his strategy is.
Newt's angling for a cushion on one of the Sunday shows.
Plus his wife has been stirring the 'oppressed minorities' pot in Ukraine.
They both smell like NWO to me.
Newt should not have expressed his opinion publicly and instead called Trump privately. He has done a disservice to the Prez.
Uh, no, you fell into the same trap as the rest of the never-Trump/leftists out there wailing like a little school girl. Here; let me offer something to consider so you might change your mind.
What President Trump did was shake the tree in the UK to check the firmness of the foundation then established a relationship with Russia/Putin based on business and NOT as mortal enemies of two opposing countries. This is a huge step in the right direction.
Can Putin be trusted? Of course not but a dangerous animal is much easier to work with if it doesn't feel threatened. People keep forgetting Trump operates from a business perspective and not a politician standpoint even though he is technically our top pol right now.
You might notice he also opened the door to compete with Russia in selling oil and natural gas to the EU. Germany currently gets 75% or so from Russia. Again treating Russia as a business competitor and not an enemy. The difference is huge and morally significant. Business competitors can still be friends. Mortal enemies; not so much.
I expect the pundits to catch up sometime next weekend. CNN and the MSM type pundits never will. They are STILL butt hurt from losing the Nov. 2016 election and can't get past it. In their little minds they only hear 4 words. Russia, Russia, Russia, Trump. Not necessarily in that order.
Contrast that to Trump who under withering attack, has done well over the past year-and-one-half.
Sure, times were different back then, there was no internet for example, but Newt still seems broken at times, stuck back in 90's, with Nancy, on a love-seat.
Newt is and always was part of the swamp...
CBS went with the '17 intelligence agencies agreed the Russians interfered' false narrative, and more excerpts from Trump's pre-summit interview in Scotland with anchor Jeff Glor.
At the risk of offending the neocons in the room (not really), this is why its useful to watch RT periodically.
Wow. What an arrogant creep.
When T is hard on the germans, he is too mean. When he is soft on putin, he is too nice. He can’t win
Maybe so, but hes still trying.
I don’t know, maybe we are not, because I do not care about the GOP at all.
Though I will be voting for Gaetz in November.
I take it that you don’t know who Pugachev was.
Sounds like the Q tipper took my joke about the hard drives in the ball seriously. It was a JOKE.
Yup....happy he missed hitting me with his mouth full of spit. This was in a public hall with about 100 people.
I was aggressively changeling him about the betrayal of his promises on immigration control & Affirmative Action. The person allowing the questions was a friend so Newt could not shut me down.
I called him out for the fraud he was & he snapped.
If Hillary could survive after her dreamy eyed “inner sanctum” experience with the eco-Russian, talking to him about tigers...
Or Bush looking “into his soul”
this is nothing.
Newt has been corrupt for a long, long time. The swamp took him long ago. We know what side his bread gets buttered on and have for awhile now.
If all else fails, we must keep our Senate majority. Only then will we control the Judiciary Committee and get Trump’s judges confirmed. It’s ALL that matters to me - re-making the federal judiciary.
I’m beginning to agree with you about the rest of the GOP.
Good for you for confronting him and letting him have it.
