I think that Putin dropped a dime on Obama and Hillary with evidence of Dossier and collusion that will most likely get HRC in an orange jumpsuit. I think Pompeo and Bolton where there and they made a deal. What Neil Cavuto and the rest of the talking heads see was a dog and pony show.
