GOP Sen. John McCain blasted President Trump for his “disappointing” behavior at the NATO summit but assured the alliance that despite the president’s blistering comments, the United States stands solidly behind its longtime allies.
“President Trump’s performance at the NATO summit in Brussels was disappointing, yet ultimately unsurprising. There is little use in parsing the president’s misstatements and bluster, except to say that they are the words of one man,” McCain, chair of the Senate Armed Services Committee, said in a statement Thursday.
“Americans, and their Congress, still believe in the transatlantic alliance … and it is clear that our allies still believe in us as well,” he added.

I've got to beg to differ with his appointment of Sessions. Terrible blunder.
If McCain has energy to spitefully spew crap like this he should be inDC working.
If he doesn’t want to be in DC working then he should not be listened to at all.
His main job in being a senator is to vote on things important to the country and he is not fullfilling that for many months.
He should be shunned by his fellow senators for taking up a space and not doing his job and disrespecting his state by not allowing the people to have true senator representing them.
Everone is sick at times, when it effects ability to do job you get replaced. Everyone has to leave a job at some point, and McCain’s time to leave has already passed.
Do the honorable thing, Mr. McCain.
Step aside and allow the Republican Arizona governor to replace you.

How does someone who has had brain cancer for over a year tweet and fully understand all that is going on?
People I have known could NOT do this after being diagnosed and most died within 3 months of the diagnosis!!!!

I’m not wishing to start rumors. Others that have witnessed up close people with glioblastoma have agreed McCain’s behavior is highly suspicious.
Glioblastoma is inoperable. There are clinical trials ongoing that arrest it’s growth or even cause some remission. There is hope but unless it’s caught early, the sufferer is going to lose the ability to hold a thought or string words together in a coherent way. The tumors press on the brain and disrupt the thought process.
Some say he might genuinely be dying but that others are putting out press statements for him, acting as if they were him. That is a possibility.
I heard one recording on a George Webb video last year of McCain ‘singing’ to his Viet Cong captors. The video was taken down. It was without question McCain’s voice. One possibility is the Vietnamese handed a copy to someone in the Trump camp or someone who brought it to the Trump camp, and McCain knew he was caught so he got ‘cancer’ and proceeded to die his way to an escape.
In decades past, he has been bizarrely involved in shutting down any attempt to find out what happened to MIAs in Vietnam. Perhaps he was afraid someone would find evidence of his treachery?
The non-tin-foil explanation that is consistent with his behavior in light of the incapacitating nature of his disease is that someone is speaking for him.
First of all prove McCain said anything.
Second, he says Trump is only one man talking. Yet McCain is one man speaking for “Americans and Congress”.
I’d like to see a million post cards show up at huge Arizona spread with one word printed in large letters: DIE!

He won’t. Even after his death, he has pre-recorded years worth of chastisements for President Trump and apologies to his globalist buddies.
I agree with you. Arnold Hutschnecker, MD, in "The Will to Live," states that we determine when and how we shall shuffle off this mortal coil. The only graceful way out for McCain was to allow himself to get cancer and eventually expire from it.

Oh really John? Since when do you dictate foreign policy from your deathbed? And to think, circumstances forced me to vote for this Quisling for President. Trump broke the “it’s my turn” line of “succession” to the Presidency from the GOPE!
