"...invoking the original Articles of the Constitution (consistent with the Originalist jurisprudence favored by conservative jurists)"
Oh the horror!
Kavanaugh may be more Originalist/Conservative than I had initially believed.

This article is more leftist garbage and more proof that they look at the US Constitution as being worthless!

Kavanaugh was sitting on the D.C. Court of Appeals.
Anyone who wasn’t a leftist ideologue would be in dissent, most of the time.

... Kavanaugh tended to dissent more often along partisan lines than his peers...
More than the Wise Latina, Kagin, and Ginsberg? They dissent to nearly everything found in the words of the Constitution.
Ginsberg even wouldn’t recommend the US Constitution to Egypt. She also looks to foreign law forher decisions.
Democrats wants Ginsberg clone.

In essence, this is a fine endorsement of Kavanaugh. The more hatred the left shows for this guy, the better he has got to be for our nation.

Too bad.
We have to deal with leftist ideologues like Kegan, Sotowhatever, and Notorious RBG.
You will have to deal with someone who actually observes the Constitution.

Judges, particularly those on the Supreme Court, are expected to sit above the partisan fray. Right. Yet somehow we can all tell exactly what side Kagan, Breyer, Sotomayor, and Ginsburg are going to come down on with every single issue. Every one. But they are above the fray and non political, of course.
