In essence, this is a fine endorsement of Kavanaugh. The more hatred the left shows for this guy, the better he has got to be for our nation.

Besides, it's entertaining to watch the Left meltdown while we're enjoying the times of our lives.

Kavanaugh was not my first choice, but the more hysterical the left gets the better I feel about him.

Conservatives bring their political views to the courts.

Oh wait... liberals have done that for decades, writing their policy preferences and enshrining their political views into law.

Now who’s an extremist?

“The MEDIA telling us how much we should like him and how conservative he is has me worried more than anything else.”

uh, huh. and if the media loved him, you’d be screaming that’s proof that Kavanaugh is a loser ... there’s no winning with you, is there? ... just another nattering nabob of negatism like the hundreds that have been overrunning FR lately with their inane BS ...

Judges, particularly those on the Supreme Court, are expected to sit above the partisan fray.

Right. Yet somehow we can all tell exactly what side Kagan, Breyer, Sotomayor, and Ginsburg are going to come down on with every single issue. Every one. But they are above the fray and non political, of course.

"Kavanaugh tended to dissent more often along partisan lines than his peers"

What is that supposed to mean? Judges don't represent political parties, and most cases don't involve disputes between political parties.

From the article:

"Across the D.C. Circuit during Kavanaugh’s tenure there, 3 percent of the votes were dissents. But Kavanaugh cast a dissenting vote 7 percent of the time. When Kavanaugh authored the opinion, 14 percent of the time the co-panelists dissented against him, compared to only 10 percent of opinions that provoked dissents when he wasn’t the author."

In other words, this "radical" voted with the majority 93% of the time, and his colleagues agreed with 86% of the opinions that he authored. Boy, he is waaaay out there in La La Land.

“Dissent” is supposed to be a leftist virtue, but when a conservative dissents, it’s a sign of partisanship and extremism.
