The fact that patentenly dishonest people like them are on the court completely undermines the legitimacy of the court itself. These people should not serv in the justice system in any capacity much less the highest court. We need to somehow make the courts accountable to the people. A few hopefully conservative judges is helpful but it’s still lipstick on a pig.
