Every day the Democratic party moves more and more to the left as its moderates keep running away like the house is on fire.
By 2020 the likeliest Democratic candidate for president will be Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, and if she wants to balance her ticket with a Native American she won’t turn to Fauxahontas, instead she’ll find a real Navaho chieftain somewhere with a Ph.D. in hating America from an Ivy League college.

If Kamala runs, she’ll win the black vote and steamroll Warren. 2nd coming of Obama and all that.
I don't think so. First of all, she doesn't have the "first Black President" thing going for her. Secondly, she won't be as much of an unknown that people can project their own thoughts and emotions onto as Obama was. Third, she doesn't quicken the pulses of African-American women like Obama did: he was a (half) Black guy who married a Black woman from the 'hood, and Kamala is a (half) Black woman who married a well-off White guy. That doesn't go over well with the sisters.
One thing is certain. There will be no more white men as democrat nominees for president.
Remember how Biden clowned around while debating Paul Ryan and Ryan chose to lose with dignity? Trump would have mocked Biden's behavior as idiotic.
Would Hillary pick her as VP? That might be a good ticket.
Except that being famous for being a wealthy politician’s mistress only elevates one to elected office in a few coastal areas. Those places have high populations but they dont have the electoral votes to carry the day.
Also, her anchor baby status won’t play.

That is not a very substantive platform to run on.
Michigan has many college towns and depressed areas they want Jobs not Hope head fakes. Trump has put a spotlight on Obama’s incompetence.
