JULY FOURTH AT THE WHITE HOUSE
A Military Tribute @The_Greenbrier! (7/2/18)
PGA 3 day event. Tournament formerly called Greenbrier Classic. President Trump arrived the first day to kick off the event.
President Donald Trump spoke to the Salute to Service event Tuesday at The Greenbrier in White Sulphur Springs, W.Va., held in conjunction with the PGA Tours there stop this week.
During his speech, he recognized several current PGA Tour pros in the crowd, including Bubba Watson, Keegan Bradley and Phil Mickelson. Trump also called out PGA Tour Champions player John Daly.
I like Phil, and Phil I think likes me, Trump said.
Amid his remarks on various policy items, and praise for the military, he offered some plaudits for golfers.
These are PGA players. These are unbelievably talented people. Theyre talented in their mind and in their body, Trump said. Their muscles are strong but their mind has to be stronger. Its tough. And these are tough people.
Housed under the West Virginia Wing of The Greenbrier Resort, the top-secret, super-sized bunker was built for all 535 members of Congress during the Eisenhower era. And, The Greenbrier, which has been welcoming guests from around the world since 1778, including 26 presidents and countless celebrities.
Welcome all you deplorables to this week's edition of the Dose!
This is EVERYTHING TRUMP.

Mr President Keep the truth coming
Keep on Tweeting
Way back in the Stone Age, when I was playing HS Football, I distinctly recall our Coach giving us direct orders regarding conduct toward opposition players:
“Treat ‘em with exactly the same respect that you’d expect from them. You should even smile at ‘em and ask how they’re doin’ after you’ve knocked ‘em on their can.”
Is there some kind of a charity food kitchen near you, we have one that loves folks dropping off their excess produce, can goods and such?
We take excess to the senior center for people who don’t garden.
Thank you @POTUS for carrying out justice and pardoning Oregon ranchers Dwight & Steven Hammond. Many ranchers in the West have suffered under the heavy hand of the federal government. These men are great patriots. Thank you for doing what was right.
Judges need to be unbiased. They need to treat all parties fairly. They need to approach every case with open ears and an open mind. By all accounts, Judge Kavanaugh is precisely that sort of judge. #SCOTUS
There's studiousness about the letter of the law and then there's wisdom. Two separate things.
Excellent idea! We have a senior center in our little town. That’s where I will take them. Thanks for the idea.
More reading about the rescue in Thailand
The coach went into the cave after seeing the boys bikes outside. (People in community were already missing them) Boys were known to frequent cave after practice (touch the wall). A sudden storm trapped them inside.
Coach was trained as a Buddhist monk and the boys were calmly meditating when the Brit found them.
I don’t know abou that, I would have to look into it. I know that many of the local churches have times when they give food away. But they get the food shipped in in big trucks, from I don’t know where. I don’t know if they take drop in donations, but my timing would have to be right before one of their giveaway days.
I have several local churches nearby, being in the south! I can call some of the closer ones and see how that works, thanks for the idea.
You are welcome. They will be much appreciated.
Thank you, NIKK. I have really gotten attached to him since we moved here. He was a stray that showed up and was somewhat feral. We did manage to move him cross country when we moved but I think he was traumatized. Anyway now he always follows me and the dog around the property. Whenever I take the dog for a walk Max goes with us. I think he really loves it here. He is my best gardening buddy. Long after the dog gets tired and goes inside, Max has a nap between the Bean or corn rows, in the shade. And then when I come inside he comes with me.
I sure hope it’s just a temporary thing. But he’s either 15 or 16, by my estimates. So he’s getting up there!
Any tomatoes can be washed off, place in freezer bags and thrown in freezer. Just throw them whole and frozen into chili, soup, or sauce. No need to do any other processing
Neat, let us know how you like it! I’ve never had mine highlighted either. I just color it all one color.
Sounds like the coach is a hero of a sort himself, glad to be getting the facts now, didn’t know if the coach led his young team into cave or what.
Of course until they got them out nobody knew the truth.
Closing down the Insane Asylums hasn't turned out very well, has it?
I used to dye my hair, too. I began going gray in my early 40s. I did not think I was ready or deserved gray hair. But, when my youngest got married in 2011, I was ready. I earned my gray hair. Now, it is silvery and brown. It depends on what you see. But, it is mine and I don’t have to pay for it.
How is the kitty?
Welcome, hate to see any food, especially home-grown garden veggies go to waste.
Wish you lived near me. LOL
Sure was a bad move but not sure 1/3 of our country would or could be institutionalized.
Can’t recall reasons but maybe to save Federal Funds but this happened under Reagan, right?
“One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest” comes to mind.
