Along with the decisions all Americans eligible to vote wil be making this November, American Jews will be facing the choice between pro-Jewish and pro-Zionist (and Jewish/Zionist organization) candidates who in addition to a strong desire to serve their constituents dedicatedly on local issues, are in tune with Trump administration policiies - this as opposed to those whose progressive, liberal views do not consider that option.
Antonio Sabato Jr., running in California's 26th congressional district, made where he stands clear in an exclusive interview I conducted with him in which he talked about Israel, immigration, education, Holocaust Denial and working in DC with Trump.
Actually, the country heard his opinions when he was a recent guest on The View and voiced his concerns on illegal versus legal immigration, a subject on which he is well versed, as can be seen from his official political Facebook page:
"Antonio was taught the importance of a strong work ethic as he watched his parents work two to three jobs to make ends meet. At 13 years old Antonio quickly learned English and became trilingual after studying Spanish in school. In 1996 after completing the necessary steps, Antonio became a United States citizenwhat he calls 'the proudest moment of my life.' Antonio went on to become a model and actor gracing the cover of magazines around the world. He expanded his business resume to include successful ventures as a small business owner, restaurateur, author, and producer."
"Most recently, Antonio decided that, like many of us, he has had enough of professional politicians who care nothing about their local community. Antonio was inspired to run for Congress in Californias 26th District because he wanted to give back to the country that gave him his freedom and opportunities."

I don’t know about “American Jews,” but “California Jews” for the most part don’t give a $hit about Israel or anyone “dedicated to working on local issues” excepting where those self same issues involve handouts to minorities and illegal aliens.
Maybe just the article, but seems like he is running to represent Jewish people and Israel, not the citizens of the district. Are there enough to elect him in that district?
He’s got an uphill battle, and he’s politically naive, it seems. But he’s an actor/politician/Republican, and that puts him in the company of Ronaldus Magnus, Clint Eastwood, Sonny Bono, and like Arnold Schwartznegger, also an immigrant, so his chances of overcoming the leftardian leanings of California in his district are at least hopeful. But I don’t know the specifics about the 26. Anyone from there who can enlighten us?
He talked about helping is Hispanic working poor and other constituents. Remember, he was being interviewed by an Israeli paper, including his family’s Jewish history.
I dont know. I do know hes a huge trump supporter.
In a district which went for Hillary by about 22 points.
Its North LA, mostly Ventura County..running against super lib Julia Brownley.

Au contraire, mon ami. I live in So Cal and was employed by a Jew. Wonderful man, named Bob who operates a construction business.
I think we need to clarify things a little bit here. Specifically, it has been my experience that there are two distinctly different types of Jews in So Cal: Practicing and non-practicing. There are many people in So Cal who are Jewish by birth but are secular and non-practicing. For example consider Hollywood and the porn industry in the San Fernando Valley. Both of these “industries” are dominated by what I call “Jews In Name Only or JINOs. Harvey Weinstein is a perfect example of a JINO.
Then there are real Jews. The ones who base their conduct on the Torah and 10 Commandments, stop working at sundown every Friday and attend temple on a weekly basis. I recall my boss handing me his cell phone at 6:00pm on Fridays and asking to handle his phone calls because it was the beginning of “Shabot”/”Sabbath” and he was not allowed to work. He would travel to Israel with his wife, children and grandchildren a few times every year and plans on retiring there. That in my opinion is true Jew.
The ones I see in the media, the self-hating, anti-Israel types are secularized JINOs and they are not the majority. Rather they are just the loudest with the biggest platforms and are an embarrassment to real Jews everywhere.
an attorney I know in LA has had two sons go to Israel one is a major in the IDF. I can tell you they and their friends are very pro-israel.
.
Actually, most Jews do not recognize that Judaism mostly rejects Torah, by following the Takanot and Ma’assim of their Pharisee Rabbis that for the purpose of Judaism in general make Torah ineffective.
Pharisee councils in general claim an authority to change Torah, while Torah itself completely forbids such changes.
.
“The ones I see in the media, the self-hating, anti-Israel types are secularized JINOs and they are not the majority. Rather they are just the loudest with the biggest platforms and are an embarrassment to real Jews everywhere.”
Neither of us actually knows the break between JINOs and “Real Jews.” But it is true what you say about the noise the JINOs make and the trouble they create by their actions. And a number of them, have a lot of money to spend on their “pet causes,” like this Billionaire Tom Steyer. (or the world’s #1 JINO, George Soros)
But it does seem that the “real Jews,” as you call them, are not vocal in their opposition to the JINOs. All too often here on FR what I see is “posters” giving the JINOs a pass by simply saying “well they aren’t really Jews!” That’s like me, a non-practicing Mormon saying “MItt Romney or Harry Reid really aren’t Mormons!” The fact is both of them are Mormons in good standing and they are also worthless a$$holes.
“An attorney I know in LA has had two sons go to Israel one is a major in the IDF. I can tell you they and their friends are very pro-Israel.”
I am sure that that’s true. Years ago, I hired a young Israeli Mechanical Engineer. He was mustering out of the Israeli Military and wanted to come to the US. We hired a Jewish immigration lawyer in Los Angeles, but took two years to get him into the country as a permanent resident. In that endeavor, I met his extended family and all of them were both pro-Isreal and pro-America.
Agreed, neither of us knows the breakdown between JINOs and “Real Jews”, but I believe we agree that the JINOs make the most noise and therefore present a false impression that they are the majority.
