When people come into our Country illegally, we must IMMEDIATELY escort them back out without going through years of legal maneuvering. Our laws are the dumbest anywhere in the world. Republicans want Strong Borders and no Crime. Dems want Open Borders and are weak on Crime! 3:44 PM · Jun 30, 2018

They’ll be sorry. But what the hell. Do it.

My solution is have them apply for asylum at the US consulate or embassy in their country or a contiguous country. Anyone who tries to sneak across the Rio Grande gets sent back. As for the little dears that they bring with them, they’ll get them back as soon as they prove that they’re their kids. If they are not their kids, they get prosecuted, sentenced, serve their time and then get sent back. While they’re in, we find the real parents and return the kids to them. Do not pass go. Do not collect $200.

A single tweet.

An entire election.

“Trolls @realDonaldTrump are insisting that border-jumpers have the same right to due process as a citizen does. SMH”

Whether true or not, the US Supreme Court has ruled that it is true.

Once ANYONE sets foot on US soil/jurisdiction, they are entitled to US Due Process rights. That’s why the wall is so important.

We must never let them onto US soil.

...the question what would it take to get that done. An executive order? a law from congress? Anybody know?

I would love to see President Trump enact an executive order that declares a national evergency and denies asylum seekers access across the border. The system is becoming saturated and out of control.

My fear is the open borders contingent of the deep state is thinking they can finally impeach and remove our elected president if he should dare defy the thicket of corrupt laws and court orders they've constructed over the years.

“If a country wants to “deport” them the country must follow the law. A country can’t, for example, just escort somebody back out of their “port.” They have a treaty with their neighbors controlling when and where and under what circumstances they “deport.”

Nonsense.

Any sovereign country can make any internal law they wish concerning deportations. Any unfavorable treaty can be abrogated.

Any country who does not like that approach must have more real power than the country that chooses to act in such a fashion...in order to change the reality on the ground.

Yes, BUILD THE WALL and implement eVerify for ALL CURRENT AND FUTURE WORKERS. Those two actions will do more to solve our problem with illegal aliens than any other actions.

We don’t have a back-up Trump. It needs to be made VERY clear to them that if they try to remove him against our wishes . . . well, enough said.

No it ain’t. That false principle has never been affirmed; it is merely assumed.

The new Court will officially swat down that idea at some point.

Nah, that makes too much sense. According to the elites, it’s more complicated than that. They must know. After all, they are smarter than us.

Deport immediately. Station the military at the border so more don’t come in. Make ICE do their jobs rounding up those already imbedded here.

When the boat has a leak with water flooding in, you have to stop the water from flooding in first. Otherwise you drown attempting to bail it out.

Good analogy, but let me ask you this ~~~

Which is greater --- the flow of water coming into the boat, or the water that's already in the boat?

Obviously, both should be addressed, but which of these problems is more urgent, in terms of keeping your boat afloat?

If the boat has a leak, but not much water in the hull, then you address the leak first. If the leak is large, but has only just begun, you do the same.

If the leak is small, but has been slowly trickling into the hull over a long period of time, you may have already taken on a sufficient amount of water to endanger the vessel.

In that case, you need to forget about the trickle, and man the pumps, else you'll soon capsize.

I personally believe America's boat is in the latter condition. Should we plug the leak now? By all means, but we need to bail water as if our lives depended on it.

No need for detention for those who come through an airport, bridge, or road. Just immediately have them turn around. What we need for most of the rest of the border are a double electric fence on our border and a small open area between the fences for cbp K-9 units. For those caught in the interior then yes it’s more complicated. In all cases any country of direct origin that doesn’t take back people and/or cargo without legal entry permission should immediately accept them back. If they refuse then we close down all direct access. For example, if Canada doesn’t take them back then people traveling to the USA from Canada will need to go through third party countries such as the Bahamas, Mexico, or uk until border normalization can be restored.
