President Trump on Friday said he has narrowed his list of potential Supreme Court nominees to about five, including two women, and plans to announce his pick on July 9.
Ive got it narrowed to about five, he told reporters on Air Force One en route to his New Jersey golf club, where he said he plans to interview one or two candidates this weekend.
Trump said he would interview six to seven candidates in total, saying, "I like them all."
We have great people, Trump said of his short list. Highly talented, brilliant, mostly conservative judges.
Trumps comments are the latest sign he is moving rapidly to replace Justice Anthony Kennedy, who announced his retirement this week. Kennedy's retirement does not become official until July 31.

Long-lived and Conservative as all hell.
No. The Supreme Court is now on summer break until October.

Yes! Shell be the pick. Pence backs her...

Short list? How does their height come into play in a decision like this?

I would like to suggest Richard Epstein, Supreme Court scholar par excellence.
I don't like Pence, nor do I trust him at all and before anyone says anything, I have held that view for a VERY long time; since the days, here, long ago, when there was a group who were pushing for Pence to run for the presidency. I investigated him back then and I haven't changed my mind about him.
WTF???!!
