If I had to, I might bet on Amy Barrett.

Good. Let’s get the new Judge in there as soon as possible. And a great conservative judge, please, President Trump!! This is so important.

Short list? How does their height come into play in a decision like this?

I would like to suggest Richard Epstein, Supreme Court scholar par excellence.

I like Amy Barrett and Don Willett. Willett would be a perfect replacement for Ginsburg. Need to read more on the others.

I think the two women are Amy Coney Barrett (top) of Indiana, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit and Joan Larsen (bottom) of Michigan, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.

I wish he would pick Jeanine Pirro for supreme court justice. Overall I think she got her head screwed on right. Oh well, just a thought and a wish...

I’m surprised that the term “short list” isn’t seen as some sort of sexist remark regarding the average woman’s height being several inches shorter than the average man’s height.

I think we need a very conservative woman on the Supreme Court. It would be a first and she could serve as a legitimate role model for women these days. It is desperately needed.
