Should we forgive Glenn Beck while we’re at it?

Sure, but we should still avoid him because he is mentally ill.

I can forgive him but I haven’t forgotten. I am no longer a member of his website and don’t listen to him on radio.

He finally did come around though and seems to be solidly behind Trump now.

Half of FR would reject the Almighty as a candidate, because he messed up on the platypus.

To be fair, that was a hell of a screwup.

In His defense, however, all He had left was miscellaneous parts.

His influence was used against us. Now you tout him for his ability to influence. Does that make sense to you?

How does it NOT make sense to you? How blind are some of you idiots?

Here try this: a weapon was used against you. It was effective. You pick up that weapon. It remains effective. You enjoy its effectiveness in helping you.

Where on earth is the flaw in that logic?

From the article at the top of this thread:

That is how irresponsible these Never-Trumpers are and were. And you ought to keep a list of who they are and were. Some of them now pretend that they weren’t; that in the general election, they pretend that they did in fact vote for Trump or they’re hush about the fact that they didn’t vote for Trump. They should be called out for this, this is a big deal.

That's what he thinks of NeverTrumpers. LOL

In the next paragraph he states that he can't understand how folks could take a pass on Trump knowing who Hillary was, and fight for Trump for the last two months.

I don't buy that description. He said he'd vote for Trump. It was begrudging.

Strangely, attacking is exactly what Levin did from April until September. He had been viscerally attacking Trump since 2015 and continued until September 11th, 2016. So he didn't exactly give Trump two full months either.

When it comes to his tepid support of Trump during the last two months, I'm sorry but it just doesn't measure up after all the attacking.

From April to September of 2016, Mark Levin was Hillary’s most effective mouthpiece talking to Conservatives.

Now you compare him to a cold unthinking weapon someone picks up, and you think I’m the stupid one?

Levin was the most ardent anti-Trumper! Caused me to quit listening to his show. (As I did Rush.) But, yes. He’s (might have) changed his tune.

Fair enough. I give more room for redemption, you give less, but they call them ‘opinions’ for a reason. :)

And thanks for yours.

“:^)

If a guy differs with you during the primary, i think that’s fair game. I don’t think you have to go “attack dog” like Levin did. If he had turned around after Trump won the delegates needed, it would be one thing.

Lets recall that up until the Convention, during the Convention, and months after the Convention when Trump should have been getting a great Convention bounce, Mark was trashing him constantly.

As for Mark being a very smart guy and someone we need, I can’t help but point out he wasn’t smart enough from April to September to realize Trump’s only opponent would be Hillary Clinton, and we had to do everything possible to make sure she did not become President.

Even if he hated Trump and still does in his heart, that one damning fact keeps surfacing. He didn’t give a rats ass who would win for months on end.

Does that sound like a fellow traveler of yours?

I don’t think so.

“Attack George Will and others fighting us. Not those who have seen the light.”

Oh, we will let them fight for us. We will accept their support, BUT we will NEVER trust them and they will NEVER be totally forgiven.

Don’t forget Rush calling us Trumpetts and would give a snarky comment up until he was nominated.

Yep! His demeanor toward Trump, and his supporters, caused me to drop 24/7 and quit listening to Rush. I've come back to listening to Rush, but with much more skepticism.

Levin’s seen the light - he’s doing what he can to bring other nevertrumpers along. Cut him a break - he’s with us now.

Come on, pal—are you really that dense?

Better to have him on the train than off, in part because he has a large audience.

He used his influence on that very audience to suppress Trump turnout in 2016.

Go ahead and bump up his numbers so he can do it again.

I won’t be helping you.

I’ll be reminding folks what he pulled in 2016.

Levin lost a lot of support here when he pulled what he did, and he has nobody to blame but himself.

You’ve never made a mistake?
//////////////////////////////////

Night after night he came on the air and viscerally blasted Trump. Worse each night.

That being said, I forgive him. But if I was playing poker with him, I would always cut the cards.
