Mitt Romney is leading Mike Kennedy, 77 percent to 23 percent in initial returns posted after polls closed at 8 p.m. Tuesday in the race to become the Republican nominee for the U.S. Senate seat held by retiring Sen. Orrin Hatch.

Did Mike Kennedy offer any goals or plans other than to say he’s not Mitt?
People want to hear specifics and what you will do if you win. Merely not being the other guy isn’t going to cut it.

I really doubt Romney will try to primary Trump. Willard is a weasel but he’s not completely stupid or insane. You don’t primary an incumbent with 90% intra-party approval unless you’re a Harold Stassen-style joke candidate.
