Full title:Judicial Watch Files House Ethics Complaint Against Maxine Waters For Inciting Violence and Assaults on Trump Cabinet
(Washington, DC) Judicial Watch today sent a hand-delivered letter to the chairman and co-chairman of the House Office of Congressional Ethics calling for an investigation into whether Rep. Maxine Walters (D-CA) violated House ethics rules by encouraging violence against Trump administration Cabinet members.
Rep. Maxine Waters addressed a rally in Los Angeles on Saturday, June 23, telling a crowd:
If you see anybody from that Cabinet in a restaurant, in a department store, at a gasoline station, you get out and you create a crowd and you push back on them! And you tell them that they are not welcome, anymore, anywhere. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-1Fu3g1MGHY
In todays letter to the Office of Congressional Ethics co-chairman, Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton writes:
In encouraging individuals to create crowds who will push back on President Trumps Cabinet members at private business establishments and in seemingly trying to prevent these Cabinet officials from obtaining basic necessities without fear of assault and violence, Rep. Waters seems to be violation of House rules, specifically:
A Member, Delegate, Resident Commissioner, officer, or employee of the House shall conduct himself at all times in a manner that shall reflect creditably on the House. [House Rule 23, clause 1.]
We hereby request that the Office of Congressional Ethics conduct a preliminary investigation into whether Rep. Maxine Waters violated House Rules in encouraging attacks on Cabinet officials.
Rep. Maxine Waters incited violence and assault against members of President Trumps Cabinet, stated Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton. It is urgent that the House ethics quickly act to hold her accountable for this dangerous incitement.

Why hasn’t Maxine Waters been arrested? If what she demands isn’t the incitement of violence, I don’t know what is because escalation to the commission of violent crimes is both foreseeable and inevitable. Or, are they just waiting until someone gets killed first?
18 U.S. Code § 373 - “Solicitation to commit a crime of violence”
Thank you for your info.
I sure hope that President Trump provides security for the close members of his Administration. Start sending the people harassing them to jail for a year or two. That should discourage some of these scumbags.
Good but it goes nowhere. She has protective pigmentation.
I’d love to see her arrested and frog marched to a patrol car, she’d be squealing like a stuck hog.
Good! Go Judicial Watch. Now, why didn’t the House Ethics Committee do this without having to be urged by an outside group? Are they incapable of self-governance?
It’s not going to go anywhere . . . she’s a be-wigged Negress.
Can we even begin to imagine the firestorm that would rain down on any Republican House member who had said and done half of what MadMax has??? She needs to be prosecuted and impeached for high crimes and misdemeanors and booted out - maybe even serve jail time!
I’d like to know how Marx-ine can afford a nearly $5 million house on a paltry $174K per year.
Yep, but besides that salary she steals a lot.
De Vos got additional security after the threats against her.
But...I fear this will not stop until it happens in a right to carry state and the female being attacked fears for her life and decides to defend herself.
Why dont they try it with male administration members?
Trump admin officials can get DC gun carry permits to defend themselves from the crazies who obey Maxine Walters. https://t.co/CBgTI1dyWn

It will stop when people doing the harassing are prosecuted and do jail or prison time.
Antifa and the Liberal mobs haven’t been prosecuted en masse and done jail or prison time. They should never be allowed to wear masks to hide their identify. LEO’s must have the authority to unmask them, photograph them, and take fingerprints for ID. They’re committing criminal acts and must do time for their crimes.
It’s way beyond “push back time” for all these Liberal thugs and Soros, Clinton, DNC-hired mobs.
Exposure, investigation, prosecution, and prison time is the cure. The same goes for all the bottom-feeders in the departments and agencies in DC guilty of corruption and other crimes.
Extraordinaryly Low IQ Maxine
Have you seen the picture of “granny”’standing up to Jim Acousta at the SC rally. They and the links are on the rally thread (Trump Train)
Jim has met his match. She’s not backing down.
Thanks Liz
Anything done against Mad Max will result in her calling those attacks racist; standard rejoinder to anything she does. Her punched race card looks like a doily.
