Hillary Clinton funding anti-Trump, pro-immigration protests

Hillary Rodham Clinton, the 2016 presidential runner up, raised more than $1 million this week off an appeal critical of President Trump’s zero-tolerance policy at the U.S.-Mexico border and now she is giving it to pro-immigrant and pro-asylum groups protesting the president.

In an email, she also urged supporters to hold or attend protest rallies against Trump.

Her email said:

Since I reached out to ask this community to step up and support the groups working to protect and reunite families that have been separated at the border, you’ve raised more than $1 million dollars that will be split between the teams at the American Civil Liberties Union, the Asylum Seeker Advocacy Project, the Florence Immigrant and Refugee Rights Project, Human Rights First, Kids in Need of Defense, La Union del Pueblo Entero, the Refugee and Immigrant Center for Education and Legal Services, United We Dream Action, We Belong Together, and the Women’s Refugee Commission.

To each and every person who made a donation, no matter how big or small: Thank you.

Well, by supposedly spreading out the “donations” to so many groups, no one will be the wiser if only 20% of the money stays out of HRC’s personal bank accounts.

Out of the $1 million, $400,000 will go to her for giving a speech at one of the rallies, $250,000 will go to Chelsea for consulting work on the rallies, including reimbursing her for wardrobe, and $350,000 will go to the legal defense fund she is ramping up.

Liberals can say what they want about Trump, but for the most part, he has the same views today as he had decades ago, which is far more than we can say about the leaders of their party.

For example, back in 2005, then Senator Barack Obama had much different opinion about illegals, stating, “We are a generous and welcoming people here in the United States, but those who enter the country illegally and those who employ them disrespect the rule of law and they are showing disregard for those who are following the law.”

He further stated, “We simply cannot allow people to pour into the United States undetected, undocumented, unchecked, and circumventing the line of people who are waiting patiently, diligently, and lawfully to become immigrants in this country.”

I can hear liberals now, saying there is no way their fearless leader every said something like that! After all, he is the one that put DACA on the books. Only problem is, there is video proof he actually said it…

Correct me if I am wrong, but I don’t recall anyone ever calling Obama a racist after he made that statement.

And Chuck Schumer is no better. During a conference in 2009, Schumer was adamantly against illegal immigrants.

At the 6th Annual Immigration Law and Policy Conference, he stated, “People who enter the United States without our permission are illegal aliens and illegal aliens should not be treated the same as people who entered the U.S. legally.”

He further stated, “When we use phrases like undocumented workers, we convey a message to the American people that their government is not serious about combatting illegal immigration, which the American people overwhelmingly oppose.”

Once again, we have a Democrat that has absolutely shredded Trump over his immigration policies, yet he once had that very same hardline stance.

Furthermore, he even made note that the majority of Americans wanted the illegal immigration issue fixed in this country.

Today, though, he suddenly claims the overwhelming majority of Americans want to open our borders and let everyone in the country.

So why the change by both Obama and Schumer? One word: votes. Actually, two words: votes and Trump.

Those two videos explain everything you need to know as to why Americans cannot trust or believe a word out of establishment politicians.

They simply go with the flow and feelings of the moment. If it will get them votes in an election, they will sell their own mother down the line.

When Hillary Clinton was gearing up for her presidential run, she argued children of illegal immigrants aren’t entitled to stay in the United States.

“Should they [children] be able to stay here? It’s safer,” CNN anchor Christiane Amanpour asked during a 2014 interview.”It may be safer, but that’s not the answer,” Clinton said. “We need to provide more border security in southern Mexico. They should be sent back as soon as it can be determined who the responsible adults in their families are. All of them who can be should be reunited with their families,” she continued. “We have to send a clear message: just because your child gets across the border, doesn’t mean your child gets to stay. We don’t want to send a message that is contrary to our laws or that will encourage more children to make that dangerous journey.”

Bad people all voted for Obama......he made the same argument that President Donald Trump has been making about the problems with current immigration law. “Do not send your children to the border,” Obama said. “The problem is that under current law, once those kids come across the border, there is a system in which we’re supposed to process them, take care of them until we can send them back.”
